Very well done. Customer service is on point. Waiting time was not too long and I ate there at lunch time (around 1.30pm). The restaurant was clean. This branch is 100% halal, as evidenced by my photos. I bought a fully loaded meal with a zinger tower burger, the piece of chicken was a thigh and the side was beans. The staff member who served me didn't hear me say i wanted to make the burger a tower so I had to remind her just before the order was fully prepared. Also she never asked for my reward card. Other than these 2 small issues the experience was a pleasant one and only missed out on the 5 star rating because of this. There is seating available upstairs with a disabled toilet and hot and cold running water. There is also a lift for wheelchair users to gain access to the toilet and seating area. Although the branch is small in size it is adequate in my opinion for its purpose. The venue has been redecorated and refitted recently and its evident in its overall appearance.
