Shabbir provided an excellent customer service, I ordered a cheese and tomato croissant and latte and it was prepared quick and efficiently.

Food was horrible but I don’t blame these chain companies. Mainly down to poor management skills from higher up. The service provided by the man with long hair at the till was amazing. Made the experience a whole 5 stars. By the looks of it it needs a new management team as the staff look overworked and understaffed

The shop itself is not inviting however the customer service i recieved from shabbir was excellent. He was well mannered and overall was really nice.
