There’s currently a closing down sale in store. 20% off every item, with some items in the beauty section 50% off. Sad to see House of Fraser closing! Do pop in if you’re looking to buy new perfume or last minute gifts before Christmas!

What I cannot find anywhere else, I find it here. Excellent collections from Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Jack Wills with great Sale. Their perfume collection is great as well, again unmatched. Staff are largely helpful. Special credit goes to Christina today for helping me out in The Ralph Lauren and Jack Wills section. Love their Tea Terrace too which has now reopened. Only reason for the 4 stars is that staff could be more helpful and courteous (like Christina) and the Tea Terrace can serve better coffee. But things have improved from pre-lockdown times.

Fantastic department store that in my opinion is only rivalled by Selfridge's when it comes to upscale brands. This location was clean and tidy during the massive rush of after Christmas sales. I really love browsing the makeup and fragrance sections, everyone was very friendly and helpful whenever possible. I never feel pressured by sales agents which is a real plus.

... fantastic 50-60% discounts during our visit, big brands - small prices. layout is typical of dated high street malls, no natural light with low ish ceiling, however, this is giving you the original oxford shopping experience. for the ultra modern shopping experience, obviously, you have the likes of Westfield in Shepherds Bush. the tea room is a must visit.

Lovely cream tea, the afternoon tea and ither pastries looked fabulous too. Great value for money. If you want to treat someone whilst shopping in Oxford street, come here, you won't be disappointed.

It has strange layout. Not easy to find anything including the cash register. Everything is advertised as 20% of but obviously I've found something excluded from the offer. I wonder how many things are actually reduced. Anyway I've bought nice brooch.

I visited this branch on Saturday. And unfortunately I was met with terrible treatment from the people working there. They ruined my whole day. Believe me, they treat customers very badly, knowing the opportunity that the store will close in a month. Definitely don't go and don't waste your money in this store. Because from my experience, I tell you, their managers don't really care about their employees are rude and arrogant to the customers. That's horrible. I want to tell you what happened. As I said, I went to this store to buy a perfume on Saturday. I went to the Ysl stand. The perfume I wanted to buy had two options. One is perfume, the other is intense. However, they put the intense one in the drawer, not on the stand. I did not want to take from the drawer without permission and try, and I called the lady (Bethany) who works there. And I asked to try. She squeezed very little of this perfume on my arm with a really rude attitude. And I asked her to squeeze a little more because I couldn't quite smell it. However, the response I got was very rude. Also, her facial expression was unbelievable. I couldn't understand why she acted this way. But she was really rude and arrogant. So, I asked her name. She said why I asked. I said I will complaint her rude behaviour. She said as if she was making fun of me, "go bye and complain to whomever you want". She was truly unbelievably rude and arrogant. Also, when you buy something, let's say you didn't like it or you changed your mind. When you take it the next day, they definitely do not refund your money. They give you store credit. And in this way, they almost force you to shop there. This way is definitely against consumer rights. DON'T GO THIS STORE !! John Lewis is a much better shopping store in every way. At least you won't get any disgusting treatment with your money.

Not a lot of stuff left at the place as it's closing down for good. Most of the floors are pretty empty and there are no fragrances or aftershaves left.
