Have been here for a few gigs and each time it's been excellent. There is parking nearby which costs £7.50 for the day, if you pay when you arrive, compared to when you leave, you'll save yourself about £15. There is lots to do in the O2 as well as concerts. Seen loads of concerts here and will carry in going to see them. Great venue. Plenty staff. Plenty drink available. So much choice to eat around. Highly popular very busy place very very lively. Highly recommended attending here. The dome is iconic!

Amazing experience. My second time visiting the O2. This time was to see Muse. The venue was fantastic. I never knew there was so much going on, places to shop, great places to eat! Getting out of the car park after the venue was incredibly easy too!
Large Impressive music venue. Entering was quick and easy with no wait. Tickets were scanned and we found our own way in and our own seat.
Seats were not checked so we could have sat in any empty seat.
Sound quality was impressive and even the cheap seats offered a good view.

It's a spot in London where you will find theaters, movie halls, arena :) ,game consoles, bowling lanes, a lot of restaurants / pubs and shops within the structure.
Outside the structure there are bars, live music, so on, so on....

Busy, but this is obviously depending on the day and if there's a concert. Shopping around the arena was brilliant. The arena itself was great, although seating is rather cramp. Staff were lovely and the acoustics are what you'd expect of such a big place.

Still probability one of the best music venues, not so much shopping venue, and not really great for food and drink unless you like a chain restaurant. Very well organised, always clean. Visited here several times for concerts and it's always been a great (if somewhat expensive) visit.
