Lovely town when not too over crowded with tourists for the castle. It is best to go early in the morning or later in the afternoon on weekdays. Although castle wonderful, there are many nice walks by the Thames and interesting places nearby.
Only been in on football days always lively. Good service and a few tvs.
Wonderful staff, great place to watch sport. The regulars and staff make me feel welcome, if you're in the area it's a great place to visit in highly recommend.
What a wonderful local pub! Super friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. It gets very busy after a Millwall game, so perhaps check the football fixtures if you're not coming from a game.
I love the Windsor, it's my local. Small and friendly, a real sense of community. Drinks reasonably priced, outside garden and wonderful staff.
Nice modern pub, staff seemed friendly. Toilets were very very clean and smelt nice. My friend told the staff there was no toilet paper and they immediately sorted it out and checked the ladies. There are TVs which show a selection of the days sport. As a football fan.. High fives all. All precaut

Lovely bar staff but some of the punters let this place down. Good drinks at cheap prices and decent beer garden
No thrills pub that is predominantly wet sales with reasonable prices for London. Three large TV screens for sport. Good place to use before going to the game. Last visit they layed on a small buffet on match day free of charge. Bar staff are friendly and service is quick.
Lovely local pub, my second time here and on both occasions I’ve felt so welcomed staff behind the jump really are great, friendly and efficient. Great in groups or just on your own everyone’s very chatty.

New favourite pub. Proper local with a selection of sports on TV. Friendly bar staff. Friendly and diverse crowd, proper SE London pub! Big open space inside with darts and pool!
