An absolutely amazing experience!! The Events Co-ordinator was able to cater for our every need, from the decor to menu choices from the BBQ, everyting was designed to our taste and delivered with perfection. All staff were friendly, professional and attentive. We hired the Marquee which made the venue look absolutely stunning, all of our guests commented on how pretty the venue looked. I cannot recommend the Sailing Centre enough! If you want a London Wedding at an affordable price, you will not be let down choosing this as your venue. We loved every minute and will definitely use the venue again!
2 weeks ago, I did the RYA Level 1 sailing course at DSWC and now I am trying to go there every weekend with mates to improve my sailing and to introduce others to sailing and to the club.
As a charity, It's great value for money. Instructors are very friendly and the theoretical and practical training were both excellent.
Everyone is very helpful; someone will come to assist you as soon as they notice that you need a hand.
I'm really happy I discovered this place and recommend it very strongly to all beginners.

Lovely venue and i attended a function there and thought it would great party venue and would definitely enquire about water sports for my child.
Here we go into the next Season, had a wedding show last month which was very successful. We will be doing another one so watch this space.
Having an OUT OUT Friday Night this Friday the 4th March, if you want to come along we have a DJ he is the one we recommend for weddings as he has never failed us yet and always gets the party going.
We are taking youth bookings so if your children are 8 to 18 and wants to learn new or improve on Watersports skills give the Centre a call to book them on while there are still places.
The Centre is a registered charity so if you have ideas on fund raising or want to help please call, we are always keen to involve people.

I had a fantastic time there! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful, and the activities they offer are diverse and enjoyable. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a fun and memorable watersports experience.
I love the freedom of booking the equipment and just enjoy the time here.
Great place for all kind of watersports including swimming, kayaks, paddleboards and sailing. I recommend the royal yach academy sailing courses which start from beginner level and after which you can sail on your own - perfect experience for the summer. The coaches are very good and the staff is friendly. There is also a nice bar for refreshing at the end of the day. Last but not least some pretty chill doggos are walking around ready to make new friends.
Great club and we have spent quality time here with our entire team. Food was not so excellent but good. The staffs are friendly to host corporate events. facilities such as lockers, restrooms are available and a bar as well.
Had an event here with work. Fun time but a little bit poorly organised. Food took like an hour longer than expected. Also DJ played the same song for every race, which was a bit annoying. All in all a good time but needs a little work.
Convenient place near mudchute DLR for some tranquil water activities. Great views of Canary Wharf and water is clean
Amazing place. Can't recommend this enough. This place is a nice place to sail along the calm waters, and if you are lucky, you can encounter ducks! This is a great place.
Hired a bosun from the centre for an hour. Very relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff, the bosons are super nice boats for anyone who prefers slow and steady. Stable enough to mean that there was never a tense moment in a gust. The wind is turbulent around the buildings but can be worked out quite fast. Will definitely be back in the future.
A place you simply must visit as a local. Very easy booking system (on their website), we usually go for kayaks, but they have other things available too. You can sign up for the trampoline jumping / exercise classes that are run upstairs, they are great fun with ever better views. Recently saw their cozy pub being advertised but can't comment as haven't been yet.

Be warned if you hire out the hall for a party and you wear heels, you will need to tread carefully on the decking. The hall itself was lovely for an intimate mehndi party.
I went with my daughter who is 12 years old. We booked a kayak for the two of us and spent a couple of hours on the water. It was a hot day with blue skies. It's a great setting, with the Canary Wharf skyscrapers in the background. It's safe for children and easy to reach by public transport.

Had such a wonderful time on the paddle board today! Staff are super lovely awesome People! And they have a bar upstairs and bbqs next month! Can’t wait!
