This is one of the best well-maintained rose gardens. With almost 120 varieties of roses, this is by far the most relaxing part of Greenwich Park. Obviously, it pretty much depends on the time of the year.
There are many benches on the outside of the fan-shaped garden where you can stop and enjoy the beautiful flowers. Additionally, picnics can be a good option, too.
The rose garden is right next to the Ranger's House, another important landmark to visit.
Such a beautiful rose garden with soo many varieties. Each has a different fragrance. The yellow is fresh with a citrus kind of smell mixed with the rose. Must visit.
A beautiful rose garden, lots of space to hide, observe the gardens, enjoy the fragrance. My favourite place to visit with a good book.
Relaxing place inside Greenwich Park. The garden is always well kept. Plenty of space to have picnic or rest on the grass and benches. Very popular in June and July because of flowering season. A gem not to be missed.
Roses in full bloom in early June. Benches near bushes are good for quiet reading.
The rose garden in Greenwich Park is always worth visiting. There are some late blooming rose bushes (global warming?) To add a splash of colours and it always seems quieter than the rest of Park to have a rest. Obviously better to visit in the spring but still wouldn't skip it on a nice Autumn/Winter day.
Lovely roses of different colours and varieties, in bloom now in July
Facing the Rangers House this enclosed, fan shaped and symmetric garden planted with over 100 varieties including the ‘Ingrid Bergman’ and ‘Just Joey.’
Delightful to a fault, obviously timing a critical factor for maximum saturation.
Great relaxing place since dogs on leads and no music. Still find rubbish being left behind. Need pins either gate of the rose garden and bigger signs
Surrounded by roses❤ #Greenwich
