I love the shop and the food and the increasing reduction in packaging with the weighed goods....but, on top of the previous reviews, I've also been followed around by an overzealous (and possibly highly judgemental) security guard...which, considering the amount of money I've spent in that store, is as misguided as it is offensive

Just spent the last 45 mins being educated by the amazing Urvi. She told me everything i needed to know about nutrition, specific to my needs and what i was looking for. She took the time to listen and understand what i wanted help with and was so patient! Felt like i had 45 mins with a nutritionist! The friendliest and most helpful, will go back again just for more Urvi help! Really recommend

Pop in here regularly as it’s near my work. Good selection of items & they accept NHS discount too, which is a bonus. Pretty much good experience everytime with nice staff. Only issue sometimes there’s quite a big queue & often only one person on the till. 2 occasions i was followed & stared at by the same security guard.

Can't suggest I understand the reviews here Pricing is toppy for sure; talking top billing for say 400g chicken thighs which will be double what you'd see in a Tesco. As to the shop itself; clean, products are well presented and stocked, the security friendly, staff generally friendly and make an effort to say hello and ask how you are, coffee decent - not sure what else you'd be looking for. Make trips in for coffee, milk and some of the meat and is no more expensive than F&G (which I also shop in for the veg and to spread the takings throughout the whole market). Decent
