Kun-ming - London - Photo album

We come from Portsmouth and was really happy to have rice noodles in this restaurant. Feel like Hong Kong. My daughters and son love it very much. Food good and staffs nice. I understand the shop is small but please keep the quality of food and service. We will come back if we go to London again.
I’ve been here many times already and their noodles is getting tastier and tastier 😋 The noodles is quite chewy and the broth very rich. My favourite broth is the sour and spicy one because I love the minced pork and pickled vegetables that come with the broth. My favourite toppings are tangerine pe
Second visit to Yun Gui Chuan within the last four weeks and I am very happy with my visit both times. This time round I finally got to try the spicy century eggs and it was worth the wait and second visit. Felt there's an increase with the toppings and that was also worthwhile. Slightly disappoi
Lovely rice noodle place in East London, portions were good and they're dog friendly! Staff are very polite and helpful, they let us come in to sit earlier whilst we waited for our friend to arrive and ordered some starters. This time I ordered a tomato soup base with dumplings + beef meatballs. The
Ordered two noodle sets. One tomato soup base with dumplings and a Yuen Yeung drink, the other with sweet and sour soup base and chicken wings as well as a lemon tea drink. Portion sizes are huge here and service is very quickly however the price does add up quickly with the additional items/topping
I had the pleasure of visiting Yun Gui Chuan yesterday around 4pm, and I must say that it was an absolutely delightful experience. There was no queue at that time, making it a convenient dining option. The spicy and numbing soup was the highlight of the meal. It boasted a rich, strong flavour that
Arrived before opening time and there was a small queue already and within 5 mins of opening the restaurant was full…mostly Chinese and Asian folk. Friendly waitress helped with our order but I could see others struggled with the QR system. Otherwise not much of a customer service experience. Typica
First visit and I felt in love with the noodles already. The broth was so rich that you could taste sourness, spiciness and the essence from the pork bones - a rare kind even in Hong Kong's rice noodle places. Will return!
Super tasty and replicates the taste of HK hot and sour noodles. Great choice of toppings and wide range of spice levels. Obviously don't compare with HK prices, but super reasonable for London. The ingredients are fresh and good quality. Service also superb - servers and owner were so lovely to tal
Yummy noodles! Large portions and good depth of flavour, but be careful as mild is actually mouth burningly spicy! They also gave us a free dessert for autumn moon festival which was a taro sago pudding soup which cooled the mouth down after some spicy noodles
Excellent Energy and delicious food. Just like a Hong Kong Cafe! Felt good to enjoy some real noodles and food that felt so homely. We ate every last bite and must recommend the chilli century egg if you love a hk classic with some extra spice. Lots of customisable choices and wonderfully made food
I was feeling homesick and really missing HK style rice noodles. (Honestly, TamJai SamGor needs to open up a franchise here) But this place really did feel like home from the minute I stepped in. I arrived around 3pm and there were plenty of seats available. I got the milk tea, hot and sour soup w
Queue for around 30 mins to be seated. The rice noodles met our expectations, the soup base was thick with reasonable price. The fired beans sauce chicken wings were good while the pork belly with garlic was average as it lacked sufficient chili oil, texture was rather tough, and the garlic was not
Authentic HK Style Rice noodles😎 if you want to taste the hk style how it is, you can have a meal here. Century Egg is highly recommended although its outlook is literally weird….😂 Good to try
Definitely feel the Hong Kong vibe as all the waiters speak Cantonese and a lot of the chinese diners speak Cantonese. The noodles are quite good and the service was Buick so this spot makes for a quick lunch if you are not too far from Brick Lane.
Tried this rice noodle place the first time recently and it was alright. I’ve got hot and numb noodle with tripe and pork belly as side. It’s a little bland in my opinion. My friend had dry noodles with beef and was pretty decent. You can order from a barcode on the table and the service was fast d
I was surprised when my friend brought me to Yun Gui Chuan last night. You can’t find more authentic rice noodles with that sort of cozy Cantonese atmosphere anywhere in London. I also had coke with salty & fresh lemon, definitely one of my favorites! So good for after food, and for summer too!
