Worst kebab shop ever!!! I have been a regular customer for months.. but recently I ordered the same order I always have which is the peri peri wings meal and the wings were boiled!!! The recipe is different from what it used to be. The wings used to be grilled with a slight burn to them and the wings were cooked to perfection. However now they are completely soggy and definitely not grilled! The guy at the restaurant confessed the wings were boiled and not grilled! This is NOT PERI PERI!! The chicken wings had so much skin hanging off them also. I asked for a refund since I couldn’t eat the food and the guy refused to refund me. I asked whether he would rather lose £4.50 or a loyal customer. He said he would rather lose a loyal customer.. so I would recommend everyone not to order from this shop, the staff are greedy for money (from what it looks like) and clearly do not value their loyal customers! I think they should change their name to “WORST KEBAB”!

With a name like "Best Kebab" I would never have ordered from here. However thanks to German Doner ripping me off, I decided to try these guys.
Well, I am pleasantly surprised. Some of the best kebab I have enjoyed in London! Delivered in record time too. Keep up the good work!

One star is too much for this place. Ordered for the first time Chicken Shish and Lamb Kofte tonight through Uber eat, but I'll be the last. The food was horrible, absolutely disgusting and not cooked at all, which is not a good thing. The chicken was raw and the lamb had a very unusual flavour, I am really surprised how they could sell that. Please learn to cook, cooking is a serious thing.

Best kebab I had in years! The chili sauce is so delicious, you can actually taste the chili. Nice portions for good prices. Good customer service too. If your looking for a good kebab in Croydon, you will find it here.

so i just ordered a simple order of 2 donner kebabs, kebab and chips, nuggets, a bottle of drink and 2 sauces. they gave a time of 1 hour fair enough. 2 hours and 15 mins later we got our food it was stone cold, uncooked and the driver was very rude he also charges extra than what it is meant to be. so we then phone the store to complain about it the manger is totally rude and has zero respect for customers. and when we say we was charged extra he reads out the order and prices off a menu he has even printed or gave out to people.
honestly the worst food ive eaten ever!!! found hairs in the food and it was cold.
!!!!DONT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!!!

Lamb donner was cut far too thick which meant it was not properly cooked through. My cat wouldn't even eat it. Chicken shish was so bland it was flavourless and they forgot my burger. Very poor. It was better under the old management

I ordered a chicken doner and a kids lamb doner online using uber, when ordering from uber it does not give you the option NO sauce NO salad you have to pick for both then you are able to add a note, so I said NO sace for kids meal and they also charge you 5p more for the salad that I didn't want. I then called restaurant they wasnt very helpful advised me to go through uber, when I opened my chicken doner it was chunks of chicken not sliced as a chicken doner should be, the meat was pink with lumps of fatty skin falling off and very slimy and greasy I also added a photo when reporting this to uber and was told they cant do anything...absolutely discusted with response didn't eat food as worried it wasnt cooked and also tasted nasty...
