I had the TeriYaki burger and my oh my it was the best burger I've ever had in my entire life! Highly recommend! It does take a bit to get it though as it's freshly cooked in front of you.

My favourite place to go for lunch during the work day 🥰🥰 I come here almost every day even when I pack my own lunch because it is just that good!! Very affordable and everyone is so nice as well.

Thomas and his staff are all wonderful, amazing people, they treat you so well! The food is fresh, quick and perfect for a quick lunch. the sandwiches, salads and soups are all great and you can't go wrong with whatever you pick. Also try the mocha biscotti its a 10/10!!!

Service is above and beyond here. I have tried several items off the menu and have loved everything I have had. Menu is very extensive, options for everyone. Menu prices are very reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to eat downtown.

Enjoyed this deli since they were on on King St. Now, inside towers on 380 Wellington an updated look and feel is nice; yet, they're service goes unchanged with warm smiles and efficient staff churning out delicious orders.
A must when you're downtown.

Awesome little deli on the first floor of the tower. Simple sandwich flawlessly executed at a good price. Baked goods are a standout and the service was faster than the elevator ride to back to my office. All-day breakfast appeared to be a hit with some of the folks in-line and smelled eggcellent, will certainly be a top contender for quick lunches.

OH MY GOSH HOW DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE!?
They make a beautiful selection of dessert bars - I tried 3 - and one didn’t even make the pic it was sooo good. Raspberrry key lime is to die for, so is the praline one. The peanut bar brownie type was good too. Phenomenal I’ll be hitting this place up much more!

I stopped by The Gourmet Deli during lunch for the first time this afternoon and was thoroughly impressed with my initial experience.

Clean and comfortable atmosphere
Wide variety of menu items
Speedy and personable service
Excellent quality in terms of the soup and sandwiches
Cons:
Pricy compared to the portion sizes
Overall, I would definitely return in the future to order other items.
