Triyoga is the best yoga school I have ever been to (I've tried a fair few!). Lovely studios and spaces, amazing teachers, and great variety of classes. Great for all levels, from beginners to experts. If you are considering yoga classes in London, you will not be disappointed with Triyoga.

13/05/2023 - Wanted to share an update regarding staff member Alysha (apologies if name is spelt wrong). Such a lovely woman, grest customer service, goes above and beyond. I love this place. Massive fan, regular member who attends on average 5 classes a week. Basically this is a high quality, fancy yoga studio. Heated floors, zen vibe, great classes and teachers. Worth every penny. Great changing room and infrared sauna.

Triyoga Ealing has a fantastic yoga and equipment pilates classes. Teachers are brilliant, and the reception staff are warm and welcoming. Ealing studio offers light meals on weekends. Pareena's creative food brings people together, and I especially enjoy the moment to chat with other lovely yogis. Triyoga Ealing makes me feel like home.

Great yoga and pilates studio in Ealing. I attend the pilates in motion classes every week and they have been transformational. Can’t thank enough my teachers Mike and Julie for their passion and expertise. They give you guidance and suggestions, but they mostly teach you to listen to your body and be aware and present. My time in triyoga is definitely my favourite moment of the week!

Triyoga Zoom classes haven been a Lockdown life saver! In the first lockdown I didn’t want to spend money on zoom classes so I just used yoga with Adrienne on YouTube. But that can get a bit repetitive after a while and not much variety! I started the Triyoga zoom classes this lockdown and it has been great to actually connect real time to the teacher and see other people doing the class. It helps with technique with the teacher actually watching and correcting you; and the variety is brilliant. A special recommendation for Julie Powell’s Pilates classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Her instruction, lesson plans and Zoom personality are brilliant!

Anabel Soravito is an amazing therapist! I was looking for a massage therapist for a long time, tried many and very rarely left the treatment room satisfied. When I came across Anabel at the Triyoga Ealing and had deep tissue massage from her I knew I found the one! She instantly knew what I needed, and her treatment greatly relieved my tight muscles in back. I now see Anabel regularly and have had pregnancy and face lift massages with her as well which I would highly recommend. Recently we had an online zoom consultation which also worked well and she helped me with my lower back tension. Anabel is not only exceptionally technically skilled, but also creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere making her clients to feel at ease. I always recommend Anabel to my friends and my husband also is a great fan of Anabel's treatments.

I am 31 weeks pregnant and have had two pregnancy massages with Anabel Sorativo at Triyoga in Ealing. She is amazing!! Best I’ve ever had - it’s so much more than just a massage. Anabel really knows what she’s doing, listens to your body, focusing on your aches and pains to really work on and improve them. Both times I have left not just super relaxed and calm but also feeling real benefit to the classic pregnancy aches. I wish I could go every day! I also go to Louisa Aldridge’s pregnancy yoga here on a Sunday which is brilliant. Really lovely welcoming class with lots of other expectant mums going through the same journey. Louise is super knowledgeable and her classes are always full of useful bits of info and advice as well as a really great practise suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Love it! Two fantastic women doing incredible jobs at Triyoga Ealing!

I know the other triyoga studios in London well, they offer consistently good classes due to their selection of positive and knowledgeable teachers. A little on the high side price-wise, but worth it if you like the "Flow". I went to Ealing last week for the first time and staff was courteous and knowledgeable. However, I found the actual class had too many people in it for the smaller space. The four stars are for their customer service who followed up on my feedback and explained that I happened to book their busiest class. I shall give the studio another chance 🧘🏼‍♂️

I am a local yoga teacher and it's just truly wonderful that we have this new space drawing in the local yoga community to gather and practice. Triyoga feels welcoming and vibrant from the moment you walk through the door and some of my favorite teachers are now so easy to access without having to venture into central London. Very excited to be part of this ever expanding yoga community ! Well done to all the smiley faces involved 🙏❤️

I went to the newly opened Triyoga Ealing recently and it was great. The location is fab, in the new Dickens Yard development which is really swish. The Triyoga centre is beautifully done up with lots of space and light. The yoga studios are really well equipped with mats, towels, blocks, etc and the changing facilities are top notch too with lockers you don't need a £1 coin for! There's a nice cafe area just past reception selling wonderful things including Black Lemonade (the black bit comes from charcoal) and there's a small retail area opposite reception selling clothing, books and various yoga related accessories. The staff throughout the centre are friendly and very welcoming. The yoga class itself was really good and the instructor we had was great - she explained everything as she went along and came and adjusted my body position at one point when I was struggling to follow. All in all, a great addition to Ealing.
