If you have a sweet tooth then you must visit Patisserie Valerie .. they have cafes dotted across town but I find this particular one quite spacious. I usually do a take away and sit outside where there is a nice sitting area under a canopy. Deducted one star for slow service. It is usually busy here and staff is very courteous.

Having read some of the reviews I was expecting the worst! I was pleasantly surprised. I was seated within 5min of arriving, our waitress was efficient and pleasant and the food was fine ( we ordered the traditional afternoon tea and although I've had better high teas, they also cost a lot more) ! It's value for money and I would definitely return.

Really god place for breakfast and brunch. The eggs Benedict are fantastic. It has also really good cake ordering services and the cakes are delicious. You can order online and just pick up at the store, which was really handy as they have stores everywhere. Ordered in short notice and still managed to get a personalized cake so really satisfied.

Far better than Saturday 25th March when myself and my partner visited the branch at 5pm only to wait 15-20mins to be seated. This was only done because my partner approached a staff member. We then waited a further 30mins at our seats then left due to no-one approaching our table. Today (Saturday 1st April 2017) was much better. We arrived at 10.05am, sat ourselves outside due to the nice weather. Within 10mins we were seen by a staff member with menus. 5mins later we ordered. 10mins later our hot food was delivered. We have just finished our meals and it is now 10.38am as I write this review from the restaurant. Only things I didn't like about my veg breakfast option is the lack of gluten free bread as an alternative option, I had to go without any bread at all for medical reasons and the tomato. I think it could have been grilled better. Staff member was pleasant enough, even though he was busy. I caught his eye as he came out at one point and he even stopped to see if everything was ok. Will put a more in depth review on my blog.

I love their All Day breakfast. Especially the full English. I'd only ever been here for the cakes which are amazing. But one time after seeing the massive queue for The Breakfast Club I noticed they did breakfast here and it's been my go too spot when ever I'm around Liverpool Street. Very decent price.. They make a nice hot chocolate and the venue is good too. Especially in the summer when you're sitting outside.

5 stars to the pastry and even 6 to the pastry chef! I can’t believe I haven’t been here before. The coffee is amazing, the tea is good and the cakes…oh, my God, the cakes and pastries are incredible. I don’t know how they do them but it must be magic because I have never tasted anything like that before. I ate and ate and ate until I felt a little sick from all the sugar so I just took some for home, too. I highly recommend to anyone to go try them.

When I want to reward myself for something I go to Patisserie Valerie where the coffee is the best I have ever tasted. It is neither too strong, nor too light and it smells fantastic. They have a homemade cream which adds an additional flavor which is unique. In addition to the great coffee, I can’t help myself and buy a small pastry. They are delicious and in different cute shapes like animals or decorated beautifully like they are done to be served to the queen.
