Very impressed with tonight’s meal, the restaurant was quiet which suited my needs dining alone while working away.
On entry I was impressed with the decor. It had a pleasant, authentic and warm feel.
There were some discounted deals on the board outside and I had decided before I went in that I would have the Montez Kebab, this comprised of a lamb and chicken grilled stick on a bed of rice.
Being a bit of a salad dodger and a carnivore this dish was perfect for my taste. The chicken was seasoned and grilled to perfection, the lamb was delicious and even the rice was full of flavour. I was also impressed with the homemade chilli sauce. I would certainly dine in again while working here.
The staff/owners (I’m not too sure, I never asked) were friendly and helpful. My visit was enjoyable to say the least!

We randomly came in Arg by chance after driving past and seeing it appeared rather quiet on Valentines - we still can't understand why this place wasn't packed!
The food was delicious, the family that run Arg were extremely friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere and good quality of both chicken and lamb. The Persian tea is a great way to end the meal and the servers are both friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting here again.
This a great place to come for your fix of Persian cuisine. Warmly decorated, the restaurant is comfortable and staff are friendly and welcoming. We ordered the koobideh and chicken kebab with rice dishes. They were delicious and cooked perfectly. They're currently running a 50% off offer on selected dishes making it very good value for money. Although not the best Persian restaurant I've been to, it still ranks highly.

We thought we would give Arg a try given they have a very good 50% offer and when you see such offer you usually worry about the portion size or quality but I have to admit it was delicious and tasty and a decent portion size all for £5.99 (peanuts compared to the usual koobideh meal) their doogh (Persian yoghurt drink) is also delicious!
Best meal we had in a long time. We can here by accident but will definitely come back!

This place is amazing. The lady in there gives an exquisite service. She is so warm and kind and makes you feel like at home. Food is so tasty and price great. They keep the place really clean. I am definitely coming back.
