New York Fries

I go here for a poutine every time I visit the mall and the ladies that work here are so kind and have perfect customer service adequate! Today was an extremely busy day and my poutine was finished after my card processed! Very impressed with the fast paced service! I wish I got the name of the lady who made it!

I like New York Fries and I only like their Masonville location since it is cleaner mall. I prefer to eat here when I am at the food court at Masonville Mall besides other restaurants just across the streets. I like their unique flavours such as their The Works and Butter Chicken. They serve fountain drinks and hot dog combos hence makes it a lot cheaper. I have gone to New York Fries for years to this day. Their fries are a lot more crispier compare to other places in the Masonville area that is not. Hot dogs are made a lot fresher and meets its standard as this is a place for it that for those who wants to craved for hot dogs. I prefer their poutine and eating here when it is time to eat at the food court inside Masonville Mall. Will visit again.

The girl made a small mistake on my order when it was made and put tomatoes on my fries when I asked for no tomatoes, not a huge deal, but I brought them back because I can't eat tomatoes hoping they could correct my order. The girl working who had made the mistake was extremely nice and professional, I felt bad being that person to come back because of tomatoes but she didn't make me feel bad or annoying about it like most people in food service do when this happens. I wish I had gotten her name, because not alot of people in food service handle things so nicely and she really deserves a shout out for it!

Staff yesterday super knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contamination. This says to me that there has been some serious training on the part of the owners and I really appreciate that! The two young employees were also very upbeat and friendly. I highly recommend this location! Keep up the good work!
