Incredible Atmosphere, good cocktails and good sushi. The staffs are very welcoming, friendly and taking care of customers so well. I had wonderful dinner and drinks with a breathtaking view at this trendy restaurant!Thank you for the great experience.
There are very few places in London which are upscale but still comfortable enough to feel like home. Perfect for a Friday night and to start off the weekend, Aqua Kyoto had an exciting atmosphere, great music, absolutely delicious food and impeccable service. The staff were very professional and yet friendly. Absolutely no complaints. Would recommend more tempered chocolate in the “forest floor” dessert to really get that crackling twigs experience-otherwise, it was scrumptious without being too heavy on the stomach, with a great balance of flavours. The spinach and sesame salad with goma dressing, prepared at the table- was divine. We were running slightly late, around 8-10 minutes after the booking time, but they were not problematic about holding on to the table, even when clearly very busy, which was appreciated, thank you.
Aqua Kyoto Disclaimer - best experienced in groups of 3 or 4+ Let's talk food. I decided to go for the calamari as a starter with one portion of the wagyu beef sushi. The calamari is really tasty, especially with the dip. The wagyu beef sushi duo were the highlight of the evening. Pricey but worth it. The different flavours bundled into a small piece of sushi with the ginger kick at the end. Amazing....... For main, we have a grilled fillet of black cod with Kamameshi rice. Loved the crunchy ends of the black cod. The rice was top nutch. I'm definitely ordering this again when i return. Decor is very appealing. Dim lighting to set the mood for those dinner dates. Service was very good as well. An amazing but pricey time was had at this restaurant. Go in a group!!!!
