Best tea place in Chinatown, whether you're addicted to bubble tea or fancy a fruity blend, it's a must when in Chinatown. Classic pearl milk tea is always a favourite, but if you're wanting a fruit blend I like the mango black tea blend 还有服务员是在唐人街最好的人真友好
Great selection of drinks. Friendly staff. 😎👍
The best tasting bubble tea I've had! Such friendly and welcoming staff and really fantastic service! I was really delighted with my whole experience! <3
I was blown away by this bubble tea, out of all the places I tried, this was the best tea ever!! The milk bubble tea was addicting, I craved it everyday and to this day, I still want it! I will come back!
Bubble tea from cuppacha at least 3x a week is standard! Passion fruit green tea with extra tapioca is smashing!!!
Yaaaaaas. All the yaaaaas. One of the best bubble teas EVER.
My favourite bubble tea place, always so friendly and awesome flavours too!
I got my first bubbletea from here and loved it so much that I've kept returning everytime I go to China Town! They're always so friendly and it always tastes amazing :D I've taken many friends there and they love it too now! I'll always visit when I get the chance
Perfect Bubble Tea - the best in London by miles !!!
I love coming here, and have some great memories here with my girls and my good friends.

I was there yesterday afternoon with my friends. I had the Strawberry Starry Mango. It tasted very delicious :)). I would love to go back again. Thank you for your friendly service.
Fast service and lovely refreshing (healthy)drinks all year round
There’s a real famine of bubble tea shops in London. It doesn’t nearly have enough popularity, and as such, seems regulated to Chinatown and other pockets of Asian places unfortunately. After an afternoon in the south, we had had to make our way back to Oxford Circus to get near some options. I led my friend to try Cuppa Cha, since I’ve spent yonks on Chatime life. The wait was a bit significant, for what should have been straightforward drink dispensary. I had the taro milk tea (£3.25) with slight sugar – slight ice and pearl jelly. I rather warmed up this surprising flavour, it’s a nice earthiness that taro supposed to have and even though it’s evil syrup with artificial colourants and artificial flavours, I liked it it. Good volume of pearls, although still tasted too sweet for the low level of sugar I ordered.
This is my favourite place for bubble milk tea! Love them because they make authentic bubble tea and they have a nice setting and staff. I always bring my friends to here for bubble milk tea.
Loving a lot of their bubble teas. The milk tea is the best in my opinion. Jasmine is a very good choose for people who are new to the taste of bubble tea/ milk tea.
I like this place to grab some boba before going home coming off of Chinatown. A simple shop with simple decor with a variety of choices and combinations. I always have a cold green tea with mango, pearls, mango & lychee jelly. Delicious. Writing about it makes me want some boba right now!
loved this place! staff is friendly, products are delicious and the store is so cute! we tried two bubble tea places in this area and this was definitely the best out of the two
Best service ever!! Love this place, you won't find a better bubble tea place in London. Authentic and offers choices that other places don't. LOVE IT!!

One of the questions I will always say yes to is 'would you like a cup of tea'. Which is why when my friend asked to go grab some bubble tea I said yes. I had tried bubble tea before and was not very impressed but I thought I'd give it another go as since then I have started having milk in my tea and trying out different flavours.
We decided to go to Cuppacha as our other friend really likes it and after I went through the menu several times I decided on the Rose Milk Tea with the tapioca beans. Unfortunately they had just run out as apparently the flavour is quite popular with women so I switched to hazelnut instead.
As a flavour I thought it was a bit on the sweet side, with a burnt flavour in it that I was not sure if it was intentional or not. The bubbles however, I really was unable to get past. To me they just feel unnatural and like those things kids under 3 are not supposed to swallow.
My friends suggested that I try the bubbles that burst and have sweet liquid inside or the jelly next time and I am determined to do so. They insist that bubble tea is more of an acquired taste and I do think that it must be true for it to be so popular.
I am definitely up for going back to find the right flavour combination for me so I can enjoy that mysterious tea phenomenon and I will most certainly keep you posted about it but in general I would in fact recommend trying it out and visiting this particular shop as it is quite cute and very popular with bubble tea lovers.
Hands down my favourite bubble tea cafe in the area! Staff are always very friendly and the wide variety of flavours make sure you're never bored. Very cute interior and packaging, and high quality tea. Love this place!
Bubble tea is a rage in Asia. People are big fans of this tea and this particular cafe in London serves all varieties of these teas. You can try them hot or cold according to your taste. You can try a berry flavoured tea or a milky tea. They have a lot of varieties to offer. The just have teas to take away and no food served. Worth a try!
Since I have tasted Bubble tea at quite a lot of places I was eager to try the one at this place especially when it is the signature tea of this place. The chewiness of the tapoica balls has got a lot to do with the taste. I was really happy to taste the one here. The location of this place further enhanced the flavour of the tea. The price also suited my pocket and I am going to visit this place again.
If you are looking for a place which serves some brilliant chinese food then this place is perfect for you. The pricing is very reasonable and the food is excellent value for money. The staff happens to be really friendly and very cooperative and very efficient when it comes to the service. Recommended highly.
i have recently acquired a taste for bubble tea. having visited place like Hong kong and Taiwan, i have become obsessed with this drink. i love their milk tea, though the tapioca wasn't as chewy as i expected it to be. one of my friends also ordered a fruit tea which was good, wasn't too sweet but very natural.
I happened to visit this place a couple of days ago with some of my friends and had a nice time. We were seated as soon as we got there and the food arrived pretty quickly as well. The quality at this place is better than most of the restaurants in the neighborhood and the staff is pretty friendly as well.
Highly recommended.
I had heard a lot about Bubble tea and was wanting to visit this place since long. I am happy that I did and also took a friend along who had not tried this tea before. The place was bustling with people but I was amazed at the speed with which the servers were making the tea and the wonderful quality that was being served. A must visit!
If you happen to be a tea lover then I would recommend you to try the bubble tea at this place. It is the most amazing tea you would ever have tasted. The pricing is very reasonable and the staff is friendly and very efficient when it comes to the service. Recommended.
i came to this restaurant on a weekend lunch time. I was pleased with not finding a queue on this busy day as i relished my hazelnut milk tea and caramel milk tea. the restaurant is located in a great area avoiding the crowds. the tea being of cold versions was with commendable flavoring.
I visited this place with my sister a couple of weeks ago on her suggestion and had an outstanding experience. Wer called for some bubble tea, which was professionally prepared and quickly served. The service was pretty attentive as well and had a smile on their faces. The food is good value for money and was truly delicious.
I have never tried Bubble tea before and the first time I had it, i loved it. Whether you try it hold or cold, with or without milk, it is something new and delicious. Priced at a reasonable rate, they take you to an amazing ride and if like me you love tea, give you something new.
This was my first ever experience at bubble tea and it was enough to ensure a return visit. The tea is nothing i am used to having. They can be cold or hot and are served with chunks of gelly. It is strange and appetizing. The servers were happy to recommend too.
This is one place that is easy to miss due to its simplicity and elegance. However, it is also a place not to be missed for some amazing tea in this area. They have a fairly good selection of fruit teas. The additions and customizations come in extensive variants. The tea I had was quite delectable and the sides were very well prepared. The costs are quite reasonable as well.
I recently tried this place and had a great time here. the boba was amazing and completely delicious. The drinks were pretty good, especially tea which had wonderful flavours to it. The service is pretty efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly. All in all it was a great experience and thus, I would love to visit this place again.
this place serves really good bubble teas and i come quite regularly to savor some really good flavors all the time. The pearls are perfectly cooked with right balance of softness and chewiness. I would recommend to try their red date, green tea with red bean on top. Highly recommend this place!
I recently tried this place and had a wonderful time here. The tea here is excellent with wonderful flavours to it and tastes amazing. The desserts are pretty good as well. The ambience is great here with wonderful decor and thus, I would love to visit this place again and would recommend others to try it as well.
I had a lovely experience at this place. The place offers delectable bubble teas, which are absolutely delightful. The menu is quite extensive and has a lot of options in terms of flavors of teas and flavors of the pearls. The staff here is also very hospitable and kind. I would definitely recommend this place.
This place is no doubt the best place to have bubble tea in London, and I've been here for more number of times than I can imagine. The prices at this place are really decent, and a cup of nice milk tea won't cost you a fortune. The flavors of the tea are amazing and the packaging is pretty attractive as well.
I really liked the hot drink they offered over here which was very reasonably priced. The roasted milk tea was too light for my taste but great nevertheless. I am excited to try the milk tea though. The staff here is quite pleasant and nice along with being quick and efficient. I would definitely be returning here.
I have been looking for a place serving great bubble teas and finally my search is over with this place. I ordered white peach with pearls and it was nothing less than fantastic. My spouse ordered milk tea and he really enjoyed it too. I would come more often to this place now!
I am a regular here and love the various bubble teas this place has to offer. However they have increased their menu prices considerably and now it does not make it worth the money. There are better options at a much reasonable price. The staff is friendly here and the service is prompt.
The place offers the best bubble tea in town. The bubble tea here is flavorful and delicious and not like the other bubble tea places in the city, which are quite bland. The pearls in the teas are also delicious and of the perfect consistency. I would definitely recommend this place.
This place is my favorite place to have tea in this area. The staff is always very friendly and they are pretty helpful too.
They will make sure that you are not bored and at the same time they are not going to obstruct you too.
The flavors of the tea are also pretty wide.
The quality of the tea is very good and for this thing I will surely come to this place again.
This was my first time ever having bubble tea and what an experience it was! It was so fun drinking the tea with a huge straw and slurping up bursting bubbles of goodness. I can't wait to go back again!
A few days before Christmas, I was passing through Chinatown looking for my favourite pork bun stall in Newport Court when I spotted a new bubble tea bar about to open, Cuppacha.
Now back from my holidays, I decided to have a closer look at it. I'm not really a big fan of bubble tea but I thought this one looked promising. And I was right!
Interior :
Cuppacha looks like nothing else you would find in Chinatown. The decor is all white and pink, very modern, slick, and minimalist. No big golden manekinekko waving its hand or other asian ornements there but a very friendly staff welcoming you.
You order your drink at the bar and then you can sit to wait for it to be ready. And you don't really have to wait as the tea is ready pretty quickly!
Menu :
You find a variety of bubble teas, fruit juices and mousse teas. All made with freshly brewed tea. Yes guys, it's the real deal! The fresh brewed tea makes it so much more flavourful. You can get any of the teas served hot or cold.
And bubble tea wouldn't be bubble tea without ... bubbles! You can choose from a range of regular tapioca pearls to the new kind that is the jelly fruit bubbles, bursting in your mouth like only fish roe does! They're available in different flavours so you can match them to your drink. Love them!
They also offer a range of crips and snacks if you're feeling peckish.
The + :
Fresh brewed tea, flavoured bubbles, mousse tea, friendly staff, located close to my favourite pork bun stall... What's not to like?
I tried for you :
A cold hazelnut mousse tea with extra coffee jelly. It costed £3.80 (medium size).
Delicious! Really silky, slightly on the sweet side, and lots of coffee jelly which goes really well with the milky hazelnut tea.
(It would be perfect with one of my Taiyaki, me think...)
I think I should have asked for the loyalty card...
I do not remember the name of my drink, but it was the red and blue one you'll see on the menu. It was so good, and I had green apple popping bobas with it. Since it was my first time there, I didn't know what to get, so the staff at the register was supper sweet and kind with a smile 😊 and he helped me choose a drink. It was also lovely that he greeted us in and also said bye and thank you when we finished our drinks and left. I deffo will come back 🤩
One of my favourite bubble tea spots in London! If you are near Chinatown, worth visiting this little cosy tea bar. Ordered Lychee Green tea with passion fruit bubbles. It was amazing as usual.
The bubble tea here is hands down the best we've ever had. We tried both the sweet taro and mango flavors, and for me, the sweet taro was exceptional. However, it's worth noting that the service can be a bit slow, so be prepared to wait in line for at least 15 minutes. Personally, I found it worth the wait
We had the Brown Sugar Bubble Tea. The quality of the Tapioca pearls was great (chewy) and the cafe provided options for adjustments to the sweetening as well as Tapioca selections and quantity.
Very nice tasting bubble tea at competitive price. Friendly staff and convenient location
Had a chocolate milk tea which was good enough. The tapioca was done well. The prices are a just fine. Service was quick and the staff was friendly.
My go to place in Chinatown for bubble tea and then desserts in Newport Ct. The taste is good for me. Popping pearls are just about the right pop, not too mushy. Price for large is reasonable. There is a queue but this just tells you it's good. Will you eat in an empty restaurant? Newport Ct is usually packed. 4.5/5. If they can turn it around quicker, then 5 stars.
The best bubble tea I have ever had. The staff explained whatever I asked to know in a polite manner and agreed to my requests that I had. Would definitely go back again
A really good Bubble tea shop with a great selection. The Ombre teas are amazing and well worth a visit for. Service friendly and very quick.
a very lovely place with a sweet Ambiente. The Service ist super, I Loved the bubble tea so much
Good place, good ice tea. Very good variety and fair prices. The staff is really helpful.
The original bubble tea was very bitter and I even asked for regular sugar but I dont think it was because of the sugar I think they left the tea bag in there for so long I was really disappointed. The mango passion fruit bubbletea was amazing and Delicious. The ombre bubble tea Was really beautiful and satisfying I couldn't believe the colours but the taste was not really a wow factor. glad they are enforcing social distancing rules in the shop but it's quite annoying that everyone has to wait outside at least let 3 people maximum inside because outside is too crowded and cramped up and there are many other shops right next to the shop so it makes it confusing.
One of my favorite bubble tea stores in London. I always get the Earl Grey with pearls and pudding. Services is a little slow as they do get very busy but worth the short wait. 10/10
I had matcha tea with taro balls. I love matcha tea. They have options to choose the amount of sugar and ice in your drink. They also have a great variety of drinks. If you are in central London and love boba tea then Cuppacha is a definite go.
Very good variety of bubble teas!! Sometimes is a bit slow, because although it’s very popular, normally only one or two people helping? So wait time is around 10-15 minutes.
I wasn't sure what the hype was about so I had to find out.
The queues during weekends are a mile long so didn't bother trying to get in. I bought my first bubbletea on a weekday and despite being practically empty, I still had to wait a good few minutes, when I realised the secret of long queues. The service is quite slow!
The bubble teas are no different from the other shops around. Infact, the bubbleteas I bought from Mintea and HappyLemon were better. But, I love bubbleteas, so I wouldn't mind visiting this place again, just didn't think it was anything special.
This was my first bubble tea, I found it to sweet, but in general good 👍🏻
This is one of my favourite bubble tea places in London. Expect long queues as this is a busy area. Quality has always been great and there is a wide variety of flavours.
