My wife and I were recently at the Hilton London Metropole in Edgware Road, London and decided to eat in the hotel’s Fiamma restaurant. It is a stylish dining space with bright, contemporary décor and accented darker colours. The tables are well spaced and there is an open kitchen where the chefs are busily preparing the food. On the night we were there it was busy and the atmosphere had a buzz to it.
The best experience of food specially the Indian menu. The chef Krishna gave a personalized service. We really enjoyed the food.
Coming to London and having a lovely food is really great.
Would like to mention about your staff Ms. Kaiti was always helpful and caring. Looked into each and every aspect of the restaurant and made sure everyone was happy.
Great food, ambience and service by staff.
Loved the sea food platter with well cooked side dishes.
Great selection of drinks as well. Kids drink and dessert was free.

Fabulous food, service and total experience. We don't usually use hotel based restaurants, but due to circumstances we decided to risk it! What a pleasant surprise. The service with Valeria and all her staff was excellent, menu gave a variety of choice and wine was perfect selection.
I had sea bass with risotto which was delicious, perfectly cooked and not tedious to work through. My husband had the best lamb cutlets ever..and he is very particular about lamb!
Definitely a restaurant not to be missed.

Fabulous restaurant. Beautiful presentation and impeccable service. I went for a 6 course meal with whisky pairings to celebrate Burn's night. Best meal I've had in forever. Great bunch of servers. Very attentive.
Interiors are well designed. Has plenty of varieties of cakes,juices,muffins, eggs, cutlets, fruits like olives, apricots,peaches etc. Milk jar is always on the table. Hot tea / coffee decoction is served as per request. Lots of green apples are kept just outside the entrance.
Food was ok. But they double charged us. And we didn't see until we checked out. And they said they have no way to go back and change it. Not until we get back to the States. It was very expensive. 50 pins for 2 people no drinks.
If your a visitor or local resident, this is a nice restaurant to have breakfast. Cozy and nice selection of food and fruits

Staff are attentive, the kids enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Food was hot and tasty :)
