Amazing tasty pizza the best I've had & excellent service, best Italian in Hackney!

This has to be one of the best Italian meals I’ve had for a long time. The pizzas were fantastic. Buffalo with prosciutto and rocket is a favourite combination but this was the best I’d ever had. I tried the quatro formaggi was also a cheese lovers dream. With crispy calamari to start and pear cheesecake for desert, a perfect meal out which means we will be back
We held my sons 2nd birthday party here - the staff were amazing & very attentive. Andrew and his team made the room look really special and put up birthday banners. It was very special and we can't say thank you enough! The pizza & olives were delicious too & everyone left having had a great time! 10/10
Amazing Italian restaurant. We had Hamza serve us spectacular salads, pardron peppers and the most most importantly pizza. He really puts the ZA in PizZA. 10/10 would dine again here.
Great service, I used my 2 for1 meerkat deal and for a bargin Their blended fresh fruit juices are amazing. The Antipasto veg dish was gorgeous and the G/F pizza was the best one yet! They even threw in two slices of carrot cake for free. It was a very quiet time (2.15pm wednesday) when we visited and service was fab. If I were to nit-pick, I would only say that there were a couple of flys buzzing around, but then there was a rather large door open, and there wasn't any hand soap in the ladies. But overall, I would gladly go back there. Far better than your commercialised Frankie - Manky!
A local Italian, with a selection of pizzas and a few pasta options.
A good selection of small plates such as calamari, oven baked bruschetta, burrata cheese. A recurring favourite is the parmigiana melazane (baked cheese and aubergine).
Can get busy at times, and service is mostly efficient and friendly, makes it a local favourite.
Enjoyed a Wednesday night dinner of Tagliatelle & Burrata Pizza - both were lovely. Service was prompt, & they were super welcoming of my little dog.
Hector was fabulous (grazie Hector!).
The pizza was the star of the dinner. The Tagliatelle was tasty, but could use a little more sauce.
Nice wine selection with a lovely Montepulciano!
Loved the cannoli presentation in the back, & the dried pasta in glass bowls with spotlights on them.
We'll be back for another friendly meal!

Went here on Bank Holiday Monday, service was swift and efficient, we were able to sit outside which was pretty sweet. Nice plate of cheese and olives to start, the pizzas were excellent, as was the salad. Pretty good value considering the quality of the food and location, shall definitely return.
Stunning little cafe in Newington Green. Got here early on a Sunday morning, ordered in the lattés, tucked into a beautifully-presented breakfast and watched the world go by through their full-spread windows. Excellente!
Great yummy pizza and a nice man working - did click and collect (think they are still getting use to it) but pizza was fast!
I have never had such delicious pizza apart from in Rome and even there the atmosphere was nowhere near as good as Trattoria. Hospitality at its finest - warm, welcoming, family atmosphere with the highest quality food and drink.
These guys should definitely have a higher rating. I've been 4 or 5 times and the staff are always so accommodating and lovely! There's always a free starter or sweet and it's a nice relaxing evening each time. The pizzas are incredible and the special pastas are also a nice treat if you aren't in the mood for pizza. A great local!
Ordered my first pizza from here (takeaway, due to the pandemic) and it was delicious. The gentleman taking orders (the manager?) was friendly. Pizza is slightly on the expensive side but it tastes very good and fresh. I would recommend putting a larger, more visible menu outside.

This is the best pizza I have eaten in a really long time! My son, who I usually have to nag to eat, polished off everything happily. But what was extraordinary was the warmth with which the staff here treated me and my family - just lovely, lovely kind service. Five star food, five star service and a really lovely atmosphere. I love this neighbourhood restaurant!
Hosted a 12yr old bday party for a bunch of boisterous, borderline hyperactive boys. The staff couldn't have been any more accommodating and considerate. The staff rendition of 'happy birthday' was a particular high note. Pizza is as good as you'd hope for given the deep Italian roots of the restaurant. Highly recommended.
