Prezzo - North Audley Street

Usually I don’t bother to leave a review but today I must, because I was stressed and this lovely manager made my day so much better. I made a reservation for lunch to celebrate my baby’s christening but it took longer in the church and we lost our table which is fair enough. So I was so afraid that after been 45min late (we chilled but didn’t know exact time when we arrive) we won’t have a table at all and it was sooo windy and rainy outside and everyone was so hangry including four kids. She let us seat downstairs and said it might take longer to serve us because it’s only two of them so they don’t serve downstairs. She was very organized and helpful and actually the service was better, drinks and food arrived even sooner that we expected. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name :(

Okay, Prezzo was a lovely discovery. My husband and I came here blindly for our Holiday, and the food was fantastic! From our starters to the desserts, everything was bursting with flavour. Our server (he had glasses on, but we didn't get his name) he was absolutely lovely. Very patient. Very attentive. He made the overall experience even better.
