Found this restaurant by luck. Since we missed the main event of the Chinese new year, we did a catch up the following weekend to celebrate it. Who would have thought that every single restaurant in China town is fully booked then there would be a waitinglist/time of approx avtage 30min - 1 hour.

Really good dim sum for the money (authentic Hong Kong taste). The Prawn Cheung Fun was fresh and very good. Service was good and servers were prompt to refill the teapot without asking. Definitely coming back.
