The best soft serve I’ve had in my life ! Interestingly it’s not exactly soft serve - it’s somewhere in the middle. The staff are really friendly and the location is easily accessible.

I had charcoal coconut in a cone. It tasted like coconut and contained plenty of flavour.
Good quality soft serve of a large portion size.
Perhaps one or two more flavour choices would improve the offering.

Cute place for milkshakes, unique ice cream creations and more. We popped in after dinner to check it out. I ordered a boring cone vanilla/vegan pandan one. Ice cream is silky smooth not too sugary sweet. Appreciate the vegan choice. It melted a bit quicker then i expected, maybe i am just too slow. Next time i ll go with just the pandan.

Service was a bit slow with no a knowledge meant from the staff while we were waiting with no one else in the place.
Price is a bit high for the portion.
Matcha was okay - same quality with the £2 matcha soft serve you can get in China town but more than double the price in here.

Matcha and red bean are my all time favorite and Soft Serve Society does not disappoint me. They have wide range of flavors and options. The ice cream is creamy and not too sweet.

The options make it hard to decide what to go for. I wanted EVERYTHING. Ended up with the Charcoal Coconut Freakshake and loved it. Was a tad too much for me but overall good choice. Will be back!

One of the best best ice creams everrr😋
It’s very yummy and creamy I have had the Matcha ice cream with a waffle and the taste was extremely delicious. I think it was a bit heavy so next times I’ll be ordering the Matcha ice cream alone.
Definitely worth trying and the staff were very professional.
I’ve tried their hot chocolate too but I would give it
3/5.
But overall the ice cream was extremely delicious.

Wonderful experience at Soft Serve Society. I visited on a Monday bank holiday afternoon and treated myself to a lovely matcha 🍵 ice-cream. Service was fabulous, staff extremely kind and the ice cream a dream! 💜 This time, I also tried the charcoal cone and wow!! Definitely recommended! Love it and will be back!
