What a lovely place The Mason's Arms on Kensal Green. Such a welcome from the friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Great beer and a lovely ?mid Victorian building. Screens for the Sporty types and a simple but appetizing menu for the Starving. Plenty of keg ales and ciders +3 cask ales for the real ale drinkers among us. A great pub. X
It was quiet when I visited but the Irish lady behind the bar was very friendly and welcoming. I can imagine it having a good atmosphere of an evening. Toilets were modern and clean and I would give them an 8/10.
Dropped in on a visit to London and ended up staying longer than anticipated. Bar staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Ended up having a roast dinner which was delicious and very good value. Dog friendly and a nice friendly atmosphere. A proper London pub. Will certainly be going back next time I'm in the area. Recommended.
