In brief, EXCELLENT!
Located in the shadow of the bridge carrying the Hammersmith & City railway line over Bramley Road, this restaurant, housed in a former pub, is a wonderful discovery.
We visited it on a Saturday night. It was lively but not noisy. Conversation was possible without having to raise one's voice.
The Bloody Mary, food, and wine could not be faulted. We began with a charcuterie platter, which was generously covered with a selection of high quality cold meats, sourdough bread, olives, and an original delicious dip consisting of melted gorgonzola cheese, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
The entrecote steak served as a main course was perfect in taste and preparation. The lamb kebabs were some of the best that I have ever eaten. The grilled lamb seemed to be devoid of fat and melted in my mouth. Simple but brilliant.
The affogato (vanilla ice-cream, espresso coffee, and Amaretto liquer) made a wonderful finale to a refreshingly good meal that has restored my flagging enthusiasm for eating in restaurants in London.
This is a place where you can expect honest, well-prepared, but still sophisticated, food at a good price.

On behalf of my new husband and I we would like to say a huge thank you to Bardi, Jordan and all the fabulous team at the Garden Bar!! We held our wedding there last Saturday and literally had the best day of our lives!!!... The garden looked beautiful, the food was delicious and the alcohol was flowing!! All our guests absolutely loved it and were extremely impressed with the pub and all the friendly, helpful staff! We cannot thank you enough!! Love Mr and Mrs Middleton! xxx
The garden bar is a very nice place where I go pretty often as I work nearby. The team is lovely and the food awesome! I recommend the chicken quesadillas with chips.
Very warm and cosy near the fireplace in winter, and as the name sold, the garden is very enjoyable during summer. Seriously don't hesitate one second, just go. You won't regret it.
The Garden Bar was kind enough to host 400 or so Nottingham Forest fans ahead of our fixture with QPR last month. We cannot speak highly enough of how helpful the team was in organising the event and how welcoming they were on the day - think we even managed to convert one or two of the bar staff into Forest fans. The venue itself is also first class, the garden area is truly spectacular. We look forward to returning there next season!
Great place for any occasion. I've visited for drinks with colleagues on Sunday.
Surprisingly, up until about 7pm, it was very quiet.
No Sunday roast, but everything we tried from their food was delicious. All sharing offers were great and decent portions.
Two Czech beers on offer were a personal welcome bonus.
Staff were nice and engaging, and we were well looked after.
The venue itself is massive. We were told their capacity is up to about 400. Large hall with lots of tables and then even bigger garden. The garden space is a beautiful green space with cosy atmosphere.
Toilets seem well looked after.

Garden Bar is a fantastic place to entertain guests, with one of the best beer gardens in London. It makes you feel like you are on holiday. The food is simple but tasty, especially the steak and chips. I love the place

The food was absolutely amazing. Great selection of drafts and quality wines and the staff are the best very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back more often. Highly recommended!

Exceptional local with the biggest outdoor space in London. Probably the best place to watch sport and get a tan at the same time. Very high quality ingredients elevate the pub grub to another level. Best quesadilla’s this side of Mexico. Always a good vibe.
Absolutely brilliant bar. We had a big team event there (100 people) and we were looked after so well. Bardi and his team are all very friendly and the food is delicious. Great venue - can't wait to go back again!
Go to the Garden Bar regularly. The atmosphere is great, especially the garden which is large and spacious and perfect for gatherings of all sizes. It’s heated as well so just as good in the winter as the summer. The food is delicious and a good variety of drinks on offer. Would definitely recommend the Green bar for a great night out. Highly recommended!

Pretty nice pub. I had the chance to enjoy the Garden with sunny weather, which I am sure makes it a bit biased experience for UK... tried just beers and finger food, but didn't need to have dinner afterwards.

Super tasty dish. With cauliflower and aubergine bedding and greens on the side. Ordered as part of a party in the garden (great for socially distanced gathering) so not entirely sure what it is in the menu. Thought I ordered sea bass but not sure if sea bass came that pink. What ever it was, it was tasty and succulent not dry at all with a crispy skin. Perfect for a KETO DIET ( which I was on). The staff/chef was also very careful and understanding when it came to allergens. The dish was modified to accommodate our dietary needs.

Beautiful hideaway style garden with lots of covered breakout spaces for group drinks or romantic al fresco dining - plenty of heaters so doesn't need to be a warm day to enjoy.
Great and varied menu, with fresh dishes cooked to order.
Run by an Italian family; very friendly and attentive staff.
If I had to be super critical, cocktails would be a great addition to drinks options. But no love lost, we'll definitely be back soon!

Had the pleasure of frequently visiting this bar over many years for both personal and professional visits. By far one of my favourites in London. The staff are so attentive and could not do enough for you. The food is ALWAYS outstanding, consistently tasty, fresh and of high standard. The garden is just magical, especially in summer. Could not recommend this place enough!!!!

We love this place for family lunches or a night out. The food is excellent and good choice of drinks. It’s exceptionally well run and nothing is a problem here. There a fabulous outdoor garden are, heated and lovely to sit Winter or Summer. I can’t recommend it enough as we love a fun atmosphere, good food and drinks and being looked after! Five stars ⭐️
This has to be a hidden gem. Huge open space and green garden set the perfect setting for a boozy afternoon. I was really surprised by the quality of food as well. And a special shout out to Barty, the host.
