This is a lovely pub with a nice beer garden and overlooks a great park. The staff are really friendly and my boyfriend and i have had brilliant nights out here, at new year and a random Saturday a few months back, and then yesterday ( Sunday) for a mooch and a few drinks/ nibble bits. Throughly enjoyed and absolutely recommend! Xx

This place has lovely,friendly & helpful staff, amazing food at good prices all set in a nice traditional pub. Tried it today for the first time after having it recommended to me by several people who know I was getting sick of going to the same few eaterys every week & eating the same old stuff and all I can say is that i'm very glad I did. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal in a nice traditional pub & with Wanstead flats right across from it, you could almost forget that you were in newham and feel like you were in the countryside!
Absolutely fantastic pub ! It will cater for all your needs , great for all ages , yummy food , massive garden with kids play area and tv outside , so you won't miss your favourite sports not to mention loads of TVs inside , great range of alcoholic beverages and not to forget the wonderful friendly staff
Lovely large nicely decorated proper traditional pub, with a big and attractive beer garden. Food was excellent and the staff very pleasant and professional. Could have a wider range of real ale though to make the place a perfect venue.
Way to much to drink and way to much to eat. Loved every minute, best steak I've tasted in a long time. Great pub Thanks.

Pub (yes, it's still a pub).
Haven't tried the food for ages, but what's been served up looks nice.
Good selection of beers and wines (see photos).
Lovely setting for a London pub. Even more fun on sunny days.
Great pub to go to with friends and family. The interior is lovely but the garden really is great especially if you have kids as they have a play area. Atmosphere is welcoming, and food is great. Service speed has been a bit slow at times but overall very happy with experience.

Have come back here ,tome and again, exceptionally beautiful outdoor area, indoors, spacious, friendly staff, great food, good portions, and freshly cooked.

Nice pub opposite Wanstead flats. There's a kids play area and dogs are allowed so whole family can visit. Gets busy so obviously a wait to be served then. Haven't eaten there recently but when I did the food was nice. Street parking.

The Golden Fleece is a traditional pub in Manor Park, London. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the food is good.
I recently visited the pub with some friends and we ordered the sharing plate. The plate was a great way to try a variety of different dishes, and everything was nice and filling. The chicken wings were crispy, the nachos were loaded with toppings, and the garlic bread were nicely toasted and garlicky. We also had a few pints of beer, which were well-chilled and refreshing.
Overall, we had a very good experience at the Golden Fleece and would recommend it to others.
I have been coming to this pub since I was young. Parents used to take us in the beer garden in the summer. Live locally, come at least once a month, sometimes more. Great pub, Staff and food. Nice for families.
I left a very bad review of this place after loosing my son, i was in a very bad place & i was angry with the world & everyone in it.
Cut along story short i had a dispute with the manager over dog biscuits.
But looking back now i could of handled it alot better at the time but i was grief stricken at the time so that over shadowed my real thoughts of this pub.
They do the best fish and chips better than poppies in white Chapel in my opinion.
And the burgers are a must try also.
