Gianni, thank you personally so much for making our evening celebrating my wife's birthday such a success. The services was fantastic, the atmosphere was relaxed making it a very memorable evening. Of course, the food was amazing; the spaghetti marinara, calamari, calves liver and T bone steaks were perfection - our compliments to the chief. Hope to see you again very soon.

Fantastic food, service, atmosphere and helpful staff. We had an amazing time here this evening. The food was delicious and the staff were so helpful, with 3 children it is always a challenge to get some thing for everyone but this was not the case here, they were very accommodating to our requests? Highly recommended.

Very good service, the staff was very attentive and when we said there was some allergies they offered to change anything needed to accommodate. The place was very well looked after and organized. The food is the real thing, all dishes were cooked perfectly. No pictures as we were all to hungry to take them. If you have the chance go there as its worth it.

I had a wonderful time here with my friends. I must say they were very accommodating, we shared a lot of jokes and the laughing was a bit loud. I was waiting for some kind of rebuff from the restaurant, it never came. We were allowed to stay for much longer than most busy restaurants would allow and the manager was right there with excellent wine and drink advice. By the way, listen to him, he knows what he is talking about. The environment was dreamy and warm. The food was excellent, lots of flavour. My best was the sea food rissoto . I loved it, we all tasted each other's food and found it great. Only one person did not like her spaghetti, however the manager did advise her of an option he felt she would like better. She ended up having this and was happy. I also want to commend the manager for getting in touch about a mistake on the bill, unbelievably kind and humble. I can see, customer satisfaction means a lot. Overall excellent service. I will certainly be returning there.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for the last 20 years and this place has a lot of fond memories. It has been my favourite Italian go to all this time and situated in the heart of Crystal Palace triangle. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and the food is amazing. I went there the other day with my other half and 2 kids and the portion sizes and quality has never disappointed

This restaurant is a favourite of ours. Going there since years and never once were disappointed. The menu is not overloaded and has the typical Italian staples but offers other choices as well. What ever we had to eat here was fresh and tasty. Good assortment of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Waiters are friendly and helpful even when the restaurant is packed. It is better to book beforehand when going in a big group over the weekend. During the week it is a bit quieter.

I haven't been to Ponte Nuovo in years but they last time I came the food was amazing and I've always remembered the quality. I had a Salmon and prawn linguine with chilli in a cream sauce and that pasta was on point. The chef Paolo (I hope I spelt your name correctly!) Made my dish perfect. Beautifully presented, aromatic and delicious. So much so I burnt my mouth trying to eat it and that's saying something! Fantastic service by the waiters. Thank you and I'll be returning soon. Xx
