Service was superb! Took a while to pay the bill but that was because all staff were serving food, which is as it should be! Food was excellent! Loved the Pistashio and Olive Oil cake dessert. Sounds weird but really nice! Evan got the recipe from the kitchen. Would definitely go again.

Wow ASK has changed since I last visited! A much better menu and the decor is lighter and more welcoming. Perfect on a warm summer evening. I ordered the Salami Misti which was delightful. A great blend of salamis, prosciutto and pepperoni. I added a kick of red chilli which completed the dish. In addition, we ordered the special which was Crab & Ricotta Half Moon Pasta. A tasty, creamy pasta with delicate fragrant flavours. Most impressive!
Came here to eat with a friend and it was nice and quiet on a Monday evening. Sat down nice polite friendly service. The food was lovely and the times in between for the starters an mains was perfect also. I ordered calamari for starters and it was lovely with a lovely tartar sauce along side it, was lovely batter an a nice portion size. My mains I ordered sae food linguie and it was delicious and the sea food portions was lovely also.
Visited ASK Italian last night with my family for dinner. The atmosphere was quite nice, it was not very busy and the waitresses were nice and welcoming. We ordered our food but had to wait around 45 minutes for the food to come, appetisers had come after 15 minutes. Unfortunately, my brother got the wrong pizza and had to wait another 10 minutes for a new one to be made. The manager was really sweet and offered us the pizza for free, they really tried to make up for their mistake, which can happen, we are all human. The food was very good but it was just unfortunate what had happened.
Despite the restaurant being quite full as a result of the start of the school summer holidays a seat was found for us and we were served very quickly. Our waiter was helpful without being too over attentive, but didn't miss a chance to upsell in a very polite way.
The meals were well presented, warm and tasted nice, there was no rush to leave the restaurant.

Ordered our items from the menu via a he QR code on the table. Had to ask the staff to activate our table number as it wasn’t working initially.

Visited on Sunday at 3pm. Welcoming, polite and attentive staff. Sorry didn't catch the name of our waiter. The food was fresh and tasty. I liked the fact that this branch has an open kitchen and is spacious. The bill was provided with no service charge quite surprisingly....(we have often been presented with service charges for appalling service in other restaurants)...in our opinion the staff at Ask Finchley deserved over and above a service charge tip for their hard work, exceptional service and for maintaining cleanliness, high standards and a smile. Well done team and see you again
Love it when the waiter starting making jokes, it lights up the mood! The place were looking fancy. This restaurant are suitable for couples and families to enjoy.
My wife and I ate here after going to the movies. We were able to walk in and be seated during the Saturday lunch rush, which was lucky (it was pretty busy, so others may not have the same luck).
Even though it's a chain restaurant, we were both quite impressed by the quality of the food as it was tasty. You get a good amount of food for your money too. The regular coffee was also very generous.
Wait staff were unobtrusive but helpful and didn't keep us waiting too long at any stage of our meal.
Overall, a good experience.
Absolutely outstanding customer service from the waiters working there. They were ever so attentive, funny, friendly and quick. I really enjoyed my time at this restaurant on this occasion. The food was really nice and tasty!! I would definitely come here again one day!!
Came in to have some quiet lunch. Lovely experience. The staff are so lovely and attentive to needs. The manager was so funny and made some good recommendations of what to eat. Great service and great food.
Very spacious and clean restaurant. Nice service and great tasting food. It's great that you can pay and give a tip via an app, no need to wait for the bill.
It was busy at 2PM on a Saturday, but we were luckily seated straightaway. Service was also efficient and friendly. There appeared to be QR code ordering capability, but it didn’t work for us because it said that our table number (#6) was invalid. However, we were tended to soon enough.
I was intrigued by the purple pesto frilly tagliatelle and we found out that it was made from purple basil leaves. The dish was tasty, albeit heavy due to the cream, pesto and thick pasta noodles. It became a little one-dimensional towards the end, as it was mostly just pasta and sauce with very few green beans and pine nuts, but the purple pesto did give a burst of flavour every now and then. I think if you add chicken, it may help to break up the monotony. Regardless, I liked the dish.
