It was our first time coming here whilst staying at the attached hotel. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented, my partner and I certainly enjoyed it all, and the prices were better than expected. On the night, towards the end of our visit a difficult customer came in and despite her rudeness and demanding demeanour I thought the way Carlotta (sorry if I spelt this wrong) and the chef handled her was brilliant. Grazie mille!!

I am a regular customer at Rafkins. The place is ideal for breakfasts, afternoon teas, aperitifs or tasty meals ... the personnel look after the customers with dedication and a smile on their face. The girls who works there set the atmosphere... they always make me feel welcome and their spontaneous kindness, attention and smiles make me always willing to go back :)

Great place for light Sunday breakfast, they have amazing cheese and salmon sandwich just ask to toast it before, also try the Belgian chocolate caramel shortbread it's amazing

Hidden gem! Great coffee and super comfy chairs. Huge suprise with the foodg. Standard menu but everything is made properly. Great breakfast, decent burger but pasta is particularly well made with strong powerful flavours. Will definitely be eating there regularly.

Being going here for breakfast and dinner for the past 2 weeks and I must admit they good is to die for I was pleasantly surprised! The full English halal option is amazing and the staff make me feel so welcomed. Couldn't recommend this place anymore!! Defo will be back!

Lovely place for tea/coffee and cake don't know why anyone would go to Starbucks across the road. Only bad point is the cakes can sometimes be stale but staff will exchange it
