Great local pub and one of the best beer selections in North London.
Beers - always a large selection on draft & really nice to see gluten free beers etc make the cut. Bottled choice is good too.
Food - can’t ever beat the pizzas and usually very good value for money!
Staff - great, they care about the place and their customers and there’s often good deals on too
Pay it a visit next time you’re in the area!

The Victoria Tavern is located on a busy junction on Holloway Road and is just a few minutes walk from Holloway Road Tube.

This pub was built around 1860 and beautifully nestles in to the corner plot it occupies. The pub has been painted a bluey green and makes this pub stand out in the crowd from the surrounding shops and restaurants. This pub has had a multitude of name changes in recent years,in 2018 @frontierpubs took over this establishment and reinstated the pub’s original name.

The decor here is bold and pulls no punches. The walls are painted the same colour as the exterior and the ceiling is painted yellow. The servery is compact and has massive orange pendants illuminated it. The seating is a mixture of low level and poser tables, the main seating area is almost hidden at the rear. Upstairs is all about table football and retro gaming, if you want to guarantee a table visit @foosballclub_london for more info. If you’re a live sport fan, there are screens to catch a game.

The beer choice was good and included lots of craft and familiar favourites. I played in safe and had a pint of Estrella, my pint was decent and just under six quid. The food here is pizza, there are plenty to choose from including lots of veggie options and build your own.

The atmosphere was upbeat on this late Friday afternoon with a clientele of all ages. The soundtrack was Oasis,Queen and David Bowie and set a nice tone to the ambiance. The service was friendly and done so with a smile.

On first impressions you would assume this pub is geared up to serve a younger crowd, especially as London Met Uni is literally across the road. This isn’t the case, when I visited there were as many middle aged old farts like me in attendance. The retro arcade games are the games I played as a kid and who doesn’t like a game of foosball with your mates. The @victoriatavern7 is a fun pub which offers decent beers and proper pizza. If you want to chill you can, there’s loads of space to do that. One to check out in 2023.

I recently visited this pub and had a great time! The selection of drinks was excellent, and the pizzas were delicious. The trendy decor and arcade selection added to the fun atmosphere. Overall, it's a nice spot to hang out with friends or to watch the footie and enjoy some tasty food and drinks. I would definitely recommend checking it out!
We went here for the crazy golf and it was a lot of fun. The holes are so well made and unique. They’ve done an incredible job.
They have plenty of old school arcade games which are good to play.
The bar is stocked with a massive selection of craft beers and you can get a tasting tray. 1/3 pint glasses to try them out.
Bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable abut all the craft beers and were able to recommend ones based on what I already liked.
Would def recommend for a group to have fun, play games and have a few drinks.
Came here for an after work drink, very interesting selection of beers, and I was able to try before buying. The pizza we had was amazing, best I've had in a really long time and although not given away, very reasonable pricing and came out quickly. We sat by the open front doors in the sunny afternoon then retired into the closed back when the temperature dropped. Some serious tunes were playing and had a very enjoyable evening.

An entire floor dedicated to table football, with four Garlando tables! What's not to like?! Oh yeah, also great pizza and sometimes they have low alcohol draft beer.

I’ve been a few times and the service has always been really good and attentive.
Last time I had the portobello mushroom pizza with truffle oil, and it was unbelievable - very crusty and tasty 😋
Such a nice pub. I loved the sparkling mead, good recommendation from the bartender 👌
By far one of the most friendliest locals I have ever been into. Always an awesome beer selection and clearly looks after their pipes as never a bad beer. Pizzas are great, No 9 all the time. Screens are everywhere for all the sports. I swear this pub pushes house prices up in the local area
Great service. Food is excellent. Staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is second to none. All you can ask for in one location. My second favourite place to watch an arsenal game if not at the Emirates.

I went there for a foosball tournament and it was fantastic! It was well organized, the crowd was really friendly yet competitive, the tables were really smooth and easy to play. I loved the beers too, there is a great selection and all I tried were good.
Been exiled from watching arsenal for about 20 years. pub has real match day buzz , happy and accomdating locals, great staff and fresh beer! Great day thanks Victoria!
