Old Eagle Pub - London - Photo album

Stopped to take a picture of the Simpsons' couch outside, saw the pub had Thai food and minutes later we had an amazing dinner there! We loved the mix of the pub's atmosphere and the Thai food. And the cute cat sleeping next to us, of course. Lots of vegetarian options!
A lovely, cosy pub. The bar team are just lovely - apart from the cat....he can be a bit rude. Great Thai food and cracking pint of Guinness.
This delightful pub exudes warmth and charm, complete with the delightful presence of Churchill, the resident cat, who can often be found nestled in a cozy box. With an exceptional Thai residency, the establishment offers high-quality and genuinely spicy cuisine that never fails to impress. Notably,
Very beautiful place, a cacophony of musical themes decorate the inside. Very friendly staff. Nice choice of drinks. A surprisingly short walk from the centre of Camden. Warm atmosphere. Really liked it here.
I was lucky to have lived just down the street from this pub for two years. Unique atmosphere, friendly patrons, even friendlier pub cat (Churchill). Thai food is some of the best I've had. Was always proud to take people around to my 'local'.
Wonderful quirky decor, some great photographs/posters give you a welcoming feel. Add to that a very good beer/spirits selection and a very welcoming staff with a gracious publican, and you are in a place where socializing comes easy. What tops it off, is a Thai food menu offering great choices and
Had a Thai green curry on Saturday was literally one of the best I've ever had. I'm going to be dreaming about it for months. Good portions and not overpriced pub prices. Great deco, lovely staff, cats....thoroughly recommend.
The best Thai food I've had in London. The pub itself is also quite nice, and super friendly service. Not a big beer selection, but they have a couple of ales.
Great place for Legal Eagles and lovers of the tales of Old London town in the Edwardian Era. This was the pub where Emily Dimmock met Robert Wood with subsequent events leading up to her murder at nearby Agar Grove in 1907. The ensuing trial at The Old Bailey became one of the most famous criminal
Love this place. Great beer and excellent Thai food. It's off the beaten track so it's not as busy as some other Camden pubs
Had an excellent afternoon/evening here. Plenty of quirky pictures on the wall and objects hanging from the ceiling. Good menu with vegan options. I had a very nice curry, all washed down with a lovely pint of Hoegaarden. Nice welcome and good service at the bar. A good option from the other extreme
Really great "local" pub with the unique experience of Thai food. Great vibe inside and always a good visit no matter the time or day we visit.
Really like the atmosphere in this place. My daughter who is just 1 year old was happy to come back here for the third time
Great little pub. Really interesting decor with good staff and tasty Thai food. A lot of character for a Greene King!
Very cozy, nice decoration and very friendly staff. Food was delicious, only disadvantage ribs and fish were too dry and with 4 people it took 15 minutes for everyone to get the dishes.
Last came here just after lock down ended and found all we enjoyed then are still here. Service was great, friendly chap behind the bar with a good knowledge of the wines available coupled with a good sense of humour. His recommendation of wine met favourably with my good lady so ensured my survi
A great mix of friendly and neighbourly atmosphere with superb and good value Thai cuisine. The decoration is highly original; the array of paintings, posters with musical instruments and old shoe shapers is worth a stop.
Great pub that I'd forgotten I'd been to before!
