Amazing place to eat! The staff were very nice and treated us so well (hence why we went back 2 more times after the first). Couldn’t recommend this place enough, defiantly will be back when we’re in London again!
it was so lovely, the decor, those lovely chandelier s and very nice staff. the tea is served in lovely cups with a very jug of milk , the best was the warm scones served lovely with jam. Can’t wait to come back
We loved everything about Caffe Concerto! The food (Burger, Bolognese and a Margherita Pizza), the raspberry macaroon, chocolate gateaux and latte, and the *service was spectacular* (by British standards- I know us Americans like things super quick, but this place is about savoring the experience and food). We will absolutely visit here again when back in London.
I can only comment on the lovely cappuccino I had as it was just a quick coffee while I waited with my friend to go on an afternoon bus tour. I'm definitely going back to sample the delicious looking cakes on offer! The place was very stylish and the staff were efficient and friendly. A little pricey but worth it for the surroundings and a perfect cup of coffee

This one is a really nice cafe with a nice designs situated at 43, Whitehall. I was really impressed by the hospitality of the staff members. I started off my meal conquest with the refreshing Rose Lemonade which increased my appetite even more. Among the starters, I had the Crispy Squid which was really amazing. The Lobster and Beef platter as the main course was just too good! And to wrap it up in style, I had the Chocolate Gateux with Chocolate-creme as a dessert which was the ultimate finisher! I would recommend this place as a must for everyone.
We just went for cake and drinks butwell told food was halal which was nice so will hopefully be back. Our cakes were delicious and my hot chocolate very nice.
Apple crubles with an Earl Grey make you feel warm in a cool London evening. Start are welcoming ad very polite. Very nice atmospher. Prince is normal for London.
Always a great place to go for lunch. The food is delicious. My favourite is the tiger prawns and the chicken breast. The cakes at this place are so beautiful and taste great too.
The dessert was delicious!!!! Best cup of hot chocolate I have ever had.

Everything was perfect!! The environment, the pancakes (with chocolate and banana), and the staff. Everyone so so kind, specifically Emon, he was very kind to me and my friends. I totally recommend this place 🙏🏼❤️ (and the hot chocolate concert😉)

Stopped here for a quick cup of ice Spanish latte and iced mocah was good . The ambience of the place is really good the staff could improve a little I had to literally get someone’s attention to place my order but all in all not a bad experience.

So, here's the thing. After a rather early and rowdy demonstration outside Downing Street last Friday, my friends and I were desperate for some caffeine, breakfast, and, let's be honest, a toilet break. And what do we stumble upon? This fancy-looking joint that we figured we deserved after all that excitement.
We managed to nab a table and, after scanning the menu in record time, we placed our orders for breakfast and coffee. Sure, the prices were a bit steep, but hey, we didn't want to slum it at Pret A Manger, did we?
Unfortunately, the service was slower than a snail in a marathon. Despite there being plenty of waiters and the place not being packed, it took a good 15 minutes for our coffee to arrive and even longer for our food. But, to give credit where credit is due, the food was beautifully presented and the portions were fair. And the coffee? Let's just say it was worth the wait.
All in all, we ended up shelling out over £20 for breakfast, coffee, and service, but we did enjoy ourselves. The atmosphere was lovely and the place had a pleasant vibe. Plus, we got to indulge in some well-deserved pampering after all that hard work protesting.
Used a gift voucher for our visit. Very attentive service from Jelena. Afternoon tea was very nice - we always prefer the savoury selection. The choice of music was a little irritating - could have been a bit quieter. Overall a nice experience in a great location.
Great atmosphere, beautiful Caffe and great service! The afternoon tea was delicious. We had issues with a voucher that was bought for me but they could not have been more accommodating and apologetic even though it was not their fault. I'll be back!

High ratings on service. Jelena took care of our table exceptionally. Very kind waitress, request her. Lunch course was on par. Nothing exceptional. Desert though was excellent. Loved the red velvet cake. The decor makes you want to bring a date anytime. Just exquisite.
