The new owners have really turned this place around. I've just had possibly the best Sunday roast in Chiswick. Ask for the landlady, Kat. Her hospitality is great. An update, today Jan 8 we went on another visit for Sunday lunch. Again the food was delicious and very good value in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. There were different staff today, but all lovely and Kat was on hand as the charming host.

Lovely people and a lovely place! Staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly. The beer is good if you are a keg person, cask a bit lacking with only London Pride on offer. However, of little consequence as the place shines in other ways! Call by and enjoy.

Lovely pub just next to Chiswick station with a gorgeous wooden interior and nice relaxed atmosphere and welcoming staff
Beer selection is great, too, with the Guinness poured very well!
Just drinks served for now but kitchen coming soon which is very exciting
So nice to see this place open after being closed for so long

Very nice old English pub, with a variety of food to choose (we had a Burge, steak pie and green curry) and of course a choice of beer!

One of the most atmospheric pubs I have been to, and we literally were just passing by on our way from the Chiswick station and looking for a loo. Very well designed, plenty of space and styles, with the 'old station house' being the dominant theme. I later found out that the place was closed for a long time before re-opening under a new management and kudos to the new management! Friendly staff, clean toilets. We watched the Premier League on the big screen but there is plenty of space to suit everyone's needs (an outside area, a quieter back area, the bar area). Great choice of draft beers, from Guinness to European to Beavertown. Check out the Mango-licious, if you get a chance, it blew our mind! We haven't tried the food but the beers and snacks are fantastic and moderately priced. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Attended a party at the Old Station House over the weekend, the new management and staff have made huge improvements and this is a beautiful pub with a great atmosphere and team! Highly recommend!

Had a fabulous time at this pub last night with friends celebrating a birthday. The staff really went "the extra mile" to make it special and were very friendly, accomodating and attentive. The food was impressive and delicious as well as being attractively presented. The ambience relaxing and music perfect for us. I definitely recommend this pub. Rona Elaine.

Top class service here last night, one of the nicest pubs I've ever been to, only regret not staying longer

We pass by the Stationhouse quite often but we always have other plans so haven't had a chance to pop in here until recently.

For a Sunday afternoon, it was quiet and tranquil. Love their structure, setup and ambiance. The pub is huge with lots of seating areas. We got a nice table quite close to the window, so an important part was sorted!

I opted for a chicken ciabatta and the husband went for a chicken Sunday roast. Both were moist, succulent and tasty. We had some beautiful red wine to go with it...I think it was a Cabernet Sauvignon. The food took quite long to make it to our table though; unusual even for the kind of food we ordered.

My opinion on the service is mixed. The gentleman who served us for majority of our time there was borderline rude and annoying. We just couldn't be bothered with complaining coz we were enjoying our wine and the afternoon. The other person was nice and good fun. Such stark difference!

Nice place; will go there again only if I am in the vicinity.

Pretty average, but pricey. Main complaint is the silly name. It was the Grove Park Hotel for 150 years. One of the great things about British pubs is tradition and history. When an outsider crashes in, and strips away a crucial part of the patina of age, much of their history and all of their dignity is lost. Fortunately this trend seems to be being reversed and many fine old pubs are getting their historic names back. High time it happened here.
