Clifford's Restaurant - London - Photo album

We enjoyed the meatball appetizer and two main entrees! Everything was perfectly cooked, perfectly spiced and simply delicious. Another of our best food experiences visiting London.
- their carbonara pizza is very delicious! - pumpkin soup is good as well - maybe you need a reservation before going there but you can also walk in ( I went here with no reservation and I was lucky that i can get a seat)
Located in the basement, it is a very clean and cosy restaurant.Jemma, the chef, is very professional and full of energy.Every dish I had today was delicious, up to the highest standards of haute cuisine. Really enjoyed burrata, chicken milanese and double baked chocolate tart. The staff is very effici
A hidden gem near Covent Garden. A pity it looks so boring from outside, its cozy downstairs. We went for happy hour before dinner, lovely drinks. Large apetizers, really good. We had pizza for main, was very good. Nice prices but a service fee. We would love to come back.
So glad I found this place on holiday!! It’s kind of hidden. Wonderful food and wine. Some of the best meatballs I’ve ever had!! Does get noisy though. So best to go with a group of friends.
Really nice lunch and with the app ‘the fork’ we had 50% off. The salad was tasty and the aubergine with focaccia was delicious!
I’ve been here a few times and genuinely think it’s the best hidden gem in London. Walkable distance from Covent Garden/st Paul’s etc. food is excellent. Staff are great. Absolutely worth the trip
Just 5mins from the Chancery Lane tube station. Pretty nice Italian restaurant. Loved the Crab cake and hot doughnuts... We were more than 15 people and were going given a big corner L shaped table. The staff were friendly. Had a nice time
Really nice pizzas and a good selection of cocktails. We came for a team lunch on a Thursday and it wasn’t very busy but great food and service. Everyone enjoyed the food. Good but small selection of non pizza items. They do gluten free dough and vegan cheese.
My favourite London restaurant and I've been visiting it ever since it opened under its current owner, Gemma. It started serving pizzas during covid, and they were very well done, and very popular, so they have remained on the menu. There are many other options as well, of which the Chicken Milanese
