First time visiting Yamagoya. I had beef ramen which was nice. It wasn’t overly amazing and the soup didn’t taste how I would expect it to, it was nonetheless delicious and finished it off. Would go back again and try the gyudon next time.

Great ramen in london, one of the new bests i would say. Tonkotsu broth with amazing aroma yet not too oily, noodles are firmly as I liked(thin ones), sliced pork are amazing and the degree of egg being cooked is the best so far!
However, downsides is that u cant choose the degree of noodle being cooked, also menma is slightly bit too sour, eggs are great but lightly sweeter than normal and could have darker color.
For a ramen under 10, it is a solid choice, definitely going to visit again. Good job, 9/10.

Great food. Quality, large and tasty servings.
They serve you in 5 minutes, but you have to remember to take your 'waiting alarm', that advise you when to get your food; it is usually given as you make the order.
You can find different types of ramen, gyōza and other things, but the drinks choice is restricted.
The location is small but comfortable, though the tables are very tiny. It's clean and airy, with small toilets which are not the best, but suffice for your necessities.

Pork ramen is pretty decent, broth is very flavoursome and thick. I like that they include an egg in the price, unlike other places where its extra charge. However the noodles were not traditional ramen noodles, they tasted more like chinese fried egg noodles.
Ramen salad is nice too. Don't go for the seaweed salad, so bland.
Also you have to order and pay at the counter first. Pricing is decent.

Great food, very affordable, and interesting rain drop cake. The staff is very friendly and fast.

Very delicious ramen and chicken served here. The tastes were really complex and layered just as ramen should be. There wasn't much variety, but that's fine, the food itself was really good in taste and in quality.

Tried out this place on the weekend. I have to say initially I thought it was a restaurant, until we walked in and there was no one to serve or direct us. I was rather confused as there were no signs or anyone at the door to greet you, so I was left feeling that the place was disorganised and not well run.
So I went to the counter to ask and was told to order, which I did. Not the friendliest staff but food ordered, given a buzzer and sat wherever I wanted. Food came very quickly, and despite the non existent service the ramen was absolutely amazing!! Kanada-ya in TCR has always been rated the best in Central London for Ramen, but I can now officially say that this tops that! Price is very reasonable and the ramen itself was soooo tasty! Only thing I would personally prefer is if you could choose the firmness of the noodles. Here they come as standard which seems to be soft.
We also ordered dessert. We ordered the cherry blosson raindrop cake. It was just so beautiful to look at that I didn't want to eat it. Very very beautifully instagramable! Lol. It also tastes as good as it looks.
All in all If you're looking for some tasty food this is the place for a great ramen, but don't expect any sort of service. It is a bit like Nando's but minus the part where you get seated at a table.

Great prices with a tasty veggie (possibly vegan not sure) option in tofu miso!! No idea how they are cooking the tofu but it’s absolutely delicious.

Be there early if you'd like to try the raindrop cake, it was sold out when I had dinner there...the Yamagoya ramen was tasty.

My wife and I (She is Japanese) went after waiting to eat in Shinuya-Soho she ask for the Yamagoya Ramen and chasiu pork, I went for my favourite Japanese fast food Gyudon! My wife enjoyed the ramen and the pork, the gyudon actually taste a bit of Shigureni that i defenitely loved! Prices are decent good ratio price/quality, we defenitely will go back as is a no frills restaurant.
