Rachel has been fab! Lovely lady. Great service. Atmosphere is great. My friend struggles with communication she was served with patience, acknowledgment and smiles by staff and a friendly manager. One of my favourite pubs to visit. :) Thank you Rachel! From Megan and Kelly x

Good old style pub, good beers on tap...maybe it would be even better if they had happy hour or like a "cheap" beer a week on rotation? Good games room downstairs and a selection of boardgames on offer. Bar staff are friendly and attentive too.

Great pub with a relaxed vibe. It's not the posh and upscale establishment you will find scattered all across London, but a genuine and down to eart place. They are most certainly not the cheapest, but carry a few good beers on tap. The service is friendly yet fast enough as the place can get packed after one of the gazillion Jack The Ripper tours finishes in the area. Only downside, only card payments. On the other hand, those do speed up the service significantly.

We'd been working for most of the preceding 2 days (2 hours sleep) and when we got there they opened the games room for us where we could bluetooth our own music, play pool and darts and they helped bringing our drinks down. Awesome place.

An interesting street corner pub with a variety of heads, skulls and skeletons adorning the walls of the bar, not those of regulars I suspect. Good beer and pleasant staff. Predictably busy on a Friday lunchtime but none the worse for that! Enjoyed my pint and will call again, I recommend a visit.

They now welcome people in that have bought food in the Petticoat Lane market - great idea. We took in our fish and chips and washed it down with a couple of drinks.

This is a great pub, super friendly barpeople and less busy than many in the area, much more vibesy than some of the Sports Bars that you get. Could be cosier, more nooks, cosy furnishings and bits instead of just plain wood tables and wood chairs but it is lovely.

Traditional East-End boozer that I'd definitely come back on a cold, winter's day for a cheeky drink. The low-lit setting gives the pub a cosy vibe, the dark, wood wall panels is a nod to the historic area of the East-End, and the atmosphere is lively with people enjoying their down time with their mates. Given its close proximity to the City and nearby Petticoat Lane market, you can expect it to be quite busy so, arrive early to secure a table or a space at the bar. It's also quite small, so be advised. There's a games room in the basement if you want to show off your pool skills. Not a bad word to say here. Just a decent pub that's great for catching up with friends. Decent selection of beers too, obviously.
