I ordered small boxes of chocolate for my wedding ceremony. Jan at Artisan du Chocolat at Selfridges was extremely helpful, kind and professional. He helped me with the selection of the 9 pieces in each box. The taste is so yummy and the presentation was beautiful. I always buy from the Artisan du Chocolat and I was never disappointed. Good place to treat your self and your friends.

Such nice service. My receipt says Jan, chocolates are quite good, but Jan was amazing. He was kind, helpful and didn't rush me in ordering some gifts for family & friends.

Found this place while walking around Selfridges and we're so glad we did! The selection is full of beautiful chocolates; the pearls are the highlight in my opinion- they are absolutely stunning visually and they taste amazing (there are a variety of different flavours, but the pistachio was spectacular). Everything was packaged so nicely, so this is a great option for gift-giving. The man behind the counter was so polite and he gave us great suggestions product-wise.

Note: this location is just inside a large store/mall like thing. Benefit of this is there are numerous chocolatiers here so you can try many in a quick amount of time. Downside: no real ambiance or atmosphere. Gabby provided a fantastic overview of the company and chocolates. It was cool to learn that the company sources their cacao from a single farm in Columbia and that the company first started with their Salted Caramels which were the early pairings of I tried the following: No 1 dark- known started with the salted caramel in chocolates- little balls of chocolate filled with a liquidy caramel. Pine Nut & pomegranate - sweeter than expected. Distinct flavors. The pine nut definitely comes through. Unique but I probably wouldn’t choose this again. Madagascar dark- great flavor. Perfect texture. Would definitely get again

Fantastic experience. Purchased loads of chocolates from their Easter collection. The chap who looked after us was Samuels who was very pleasant and courteous to talk to. Fantastic range of chocolates! Great presentation too ! Each item was wrapped by Samuels with a gift ribbon ! Thank you so much :)

I didn't buy anything here but want to express my appreciation for one of their workers called Jan, who graciously treated me to some samples and told me where to buy their sold out drinking chocolate. BTW this chocolate section was really hard to find, far away from food hall. Hope they can move to a more sensible location.

Absolutely beautiful flavoured and quality of chocolate. The website and brochure pictured details all the collection. Postal delivery available, highly recommend the Black Friday special box. The dusted truffles are beautifully presented with a quote from Gordon Ramsey saying artisan du chocolate are the Bentley of chocolate....says it all, highly recommend!

This by far one of the most pretty concession at Selfridges’s confectionary. The visual impact, creativity, the chocolates, the team, the affordable price... the all experience just amazing

In It's own corner between Selfridges Food Court and Confectionary. Beautiful and delicious quality chocolate and gifts in gorgeous packaging including the 'ordinary' bags. Often different things to taste. The staff are lovely and very helpfull too.
