Pretty bad. Tastes like watered down, sugar-free, dairy-free and the place smells slightly like vomit + their freezers were probably not working 100%

They had some nice flavours but most of them were not available. The generic ones were usually available but still tasted really nice.

Very large servings of tasty ice cream. Not a huge selection, but it's more quality over quantity. I had the smallest cone they sold with 2 large scoops. I was a happy bunny indeed.

Lovely ice cream. Lots of interesting flavours which I think is great! Wonderful customer service, the man who served us was friendly, fun and attentive. Would definitely come back for some lychee ice cream!

Normally love ice cream, but just wasn't very impressed - all a bit tasteless and not very creamy (white chocolate truffle was overly-stabilised and the honey + almond nougat rather watery/icy). Given the other glowing reviews on here maybe they were just having a bad day?

Sorely disappointed! We saw great reviews so we tried it out. We got 4 flavours and all were bad. 2 were edible, 2 we actually had to throw out they were so gross. Service wasn't great either. Would not recommend when there's so many good places for ice cream/gelato.

I’ve been trying the various gelatorias in the area and sadly wasn’t impressed with this one. Wouldn’t go back. The cheapest you can get is a small ice cream for £4. Comes with two flavours. You got quite a lot of ice cream but was more than I needed really, I would prefer it if I could have paid less and just got one scoop.
I went for wild strawberry ice cream and chocolate sorbet, both of which I’ve had tried before elsewhere. Neither of these at Lick were a patch on that. Don’t think I could have guessed the flavours if it had been a blind taste test. The strawberry tasted artificial and the chocolate was strange, almost chemically. The texture wasn’t good either, not the smooth silky gelato I hoped for. There’s much better places to go around here.

The ice cream here is awesome. It cost £5 for three scoops. good value for money in central London. They have a large selection of flavours. Would recommend
