This is a fantastic place - love it! I used to go regularly when I lived around the corner. I was delighted to see it still open (14 years later) when I went back there last night. Canteen-style curry house which has been here for at least 20 years. Excellent value for money serving the staples of an Indian eaterie well replete with a great proprietor who is both accommodating and cordial.
Had a spicy lamb curry takeout. Was nice meat was soft and portion was good.
I believe it’s Punjabi style so some of the below reviews were people did not like maybe are use to Indian style curry, this is more home style which I prefer. Will hopefully visit again.

Been working at the gym next door and never been to this place untill last week, boy have I been missing out the service is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and the food is very traditional home cooked style food! And the price is very good. Can't complain!
