They need to change their closing time, the app says 5.30 and as I found out it is actually 5.00pm, waited to be served to be told they were closing, this was 5.15, pointed out about the time on the app and the girl showed me the time outside, which did say 5pm but in fairness to the girl she did serve me. Can't believe a costa in such a busy location shuts so early, the volume of people passing through would warrant it being open later...
Well done to the girl that served me, still kept smiling even though she was on her own in the shop and could have turned me away 👏🏻👏🏻

The woman behind the counter was so lovely! I didn’t quite catch her name but she was wearing a headscarf! She deserves a raise! Lovely service made my day! :)

Great coffee and Maitê's service was excellent, without a doubt one of the best I've ever received in London.
She was very helpful and friendly with me
The batista is working hard and efficiently to run the entire coffee shop on her own, congrats to her. However, she should probably get help from another person as the queue could get slightly long in rush hour despite her going as fast as she can.
Rating 5 for the staff. FR you saved the day on a Sunday 20/2/22 when nothing else was open. You worked very hard alone in a fast paced, small space. At every point you were calm, with attention to detail with each customer. We appreciated your work ethic.
I had to stop by for a coffee and was astonished by the staff's friendly and accommodating customer service.
