I always knew the chips were amazing, but I couldn’t believe it’s just as tasty via UberEats delivery. Thank you for packaging it really well. It’s a rarity to find a decent fish and chip shop nowadays. Keep it up!

Wapping fish bar was just what I needed after a long a day of travel and being famished. John, the owner was kind and made sure I was taken care of with some of the best fish and chips I’ve had. I really recommend this low key casual spot for some delicious fish and chips at a fair price. I would go back!

Do yourself a favour and go see bossman for value you can't beat. Don't waste your money getting a pub burger, save your P and try bossmans spicy chicken. Chips are also excellent, and he's got a custom spicy Indian tom sauce. Highly recommend.

Visiting from the US - Best fish and chips I have had that I can remember - staff was incredibly friendly. Food ready in less than 10 mins for take away - piping hot - Get the cod - chips - load with Vinegar and salt - > enjoy. 5/5!!

Actually pleasently suprised at first visit although passed by on many occasions. Friendly welcome from behind the jump, food was well cooked and tasty. Thought the price was a little steep but I'm thinking of the Wapping I knew as a kid, as it was in the Alf Garnett days.

I have had my fish and chips here for 20 years plus and realised that I haven't even done a review yet.
I have only had great service and great food, so they fully deserve all my stars!

Very casual local spot. Serving size was very generous and almost more than I could eat. Definitely a bigger portion than Burroughs markets and the owner was very friendly and fries the fish fresh. Would definitely recommend coming back here!
