Snowflake Luxury Gelato

I think is an amazing place where go when you want a very good ice cream, the quality of gelato is very good, the staff is amazing and very nice, they know what you want if you go there more than one time this mean that they care about customer service and they want that you come back! Every body need to try gelato of snowflake in selfridges!!

I really like the avolato, but I don't enjoy the ambience of the selfridges food court around this place. Too many people, tables are often dirty because staff is busy serving customers, they start serving others while you haven't payed yet and etc. its very hectic. Also i wish they had more vegan options like avolato, but rather something you can get in a scoop form.

Came here to try the vegan avocado gelato (the so-called "avolato"). For vegan, it tasted good. Not how I'd imagined initially (but then again I don't regularly eat vegan), but it grew on me with each bite. They definitely need more seating though, although this is probably an issue for the food court at Selfridges generally.

Regularly go here as it’s close to where I work. The gelato is always fantastic and the staff are really friendly and outgoing and given the fact that it’s usually busy in Selfridges you get served very quickly! The only thing I would add is 2 new gelato flavours - rose and mint chocolate chip! Otherwise it’s 10/10
