I have been to West 36 over 20 times now and I love the place, the people and most of all the food. Amazing steaks. Service is also very good and friendly. Fine it takes a little bit longer when sitting outside but so what - at least you enjoy the beautiful terrace. Highly recommend this place.

Love the look of the place inside. Feels like you're in a different world once you step into this building. Not had the any food so can't comment but the drinks and cocktails were defiantly good though a little on the expensive side.

Celebrated a friend's birthday on the first hot, sunny weekend of the season. We had the upstairs covered terrace to ourselves. Shame it's overlooking the railway, but plenty of sunlight during the afternoon. Sharing food platters were delicious, especially the veg, steaks and bone marrow gravy. Staff were attentive and lovely. Otherwise the place was fairly quiet for a Saturday, perhaps things have changed since all the bad reviews.
