Had a very unusual and gorgeous tasting bacon and shitaki mushrooms on toast with their own shop-grown tarragon. Beautiful and I've never tasted bacon quite like it. I said hello to the chickens and fish and sat in their back garden poly tunnel on a beautiful sunny Sunday morning. Lovely place.
