Honestly best bread in London ! I am a french obsessed with bread, so I’ve been trying bakery around london every weekend. This place is my favorite so far. Gooooood thing they open on Saturday because it’s difficult to go there on the week days with their limited opening hours. Soooo worth it ! Run buy your sourdough bread there

Amazing bread! Have been trying to find a proper indie bakery with high quality sourdough in Hammersmith that's more prevalent in east & southeast London (think Flor, e5, etc), and this is it!! Beautiful crust, delicious and soft inside. High street chain options (Gail's ,etc) are so tiresome, overpriced, and not that great.. So glad to have found October 26 Bakery!

sure, the bread is some of the best i've ever had, and everything else sold here is reliably amazing, but the thing i really love about this shop is how it seems to openly and transparently represent an effort towards a good and dignified existence under capitalism (?) which I find inspiring.

So lucky to have a bakery of this quality in our neighbourhood. The bread is fabulous and my guests have loved all their buns, savouries, pastries and madeleines when they visit. Time it right and you will get a loaf still warm from the oven (yum) - a very talented skillful baker. Interesting books on sale, a bonus!

Best Sourdough in London! High quality artisanal bread made with love, passion, and unrivalled skills along with superior quality ingredients. Excellent customer service. While there don’t miss out on what you need for a good complete breakfast to enjoy alone or with your loved ones. You can get high quality butter and award winning marmalades and jams. There is also balsamic vinegar and nut butter. All items on stock are carefully selected for their superior quality and their makers’ ethical values and contributions to their communities.

A lovely bakery that I have marked for so long but never got the chance to visit before. The relatively small range of pastries only made me to try all of them at once - and of course all three of them are absolutely amazing. Wish I can try their sourdoughs next time!

What a wonderful place! I popped in today - the people working there are so lovely! The master baker was very busy in the back which meant I left with a still warm loaf. Left with a new read as well from a new author I had not seen in bigger bookshops (which sounded so good that I stopped at a cafe next door to get started on). Since it was the bakery’s 7th birthday I also received some daffodils which made the whole experience into the loveliest morning. Will make this into a regular visit for a feel good start of the weekend. Happy anniversary!

I recently moved to Chiswick and was still looking for good sourdough bread. I love the bakeries in East London like E5 but couldn’t find anything similar in West London until today. The bread of October 26 Bakery is heavenly. Crunchy crust and soft moist inside - the perfect taste. We also had a couple sweet treats which were equally amazing.

Absolutely love this bakery. I recently discovered it and going there on a Saturday is something i look forward to every week. Not only do they have amazing bread and baked goods, but i love the fact that there are so many other products made by women on display.
