I had a matcha latte and a pistachio croissant. I found the latte relatively small in size, with too much foam. Flavour-wise it was good. The pistachio croissant was good, but if it was warmer it would be way nicer. I paid £8.80 in total, which felt slightly expected.
Very good filter coffee, oat latte and matcha oat latte - we all had different drinks and they were all very good!
Their filter coffee uses medium-light roast beans. A good filter coffee needs to be brewed with lighter roasting coffee beans and they nailed it. The coffee didn't taste sour and had light fruity taste. The colour looked right too! Light ish see through brown colour 👌🏻👌🏻
Their oat latte was incredibly smooth. It was such a treat! And it was a pretty big cup too! Great value for money!
The matcha oat latte looked and tasted beautiful! This was not some weak matcha that gets covered by the taste of oat milk.
They also have lots of other healthy drink options. It is one of the rare independent coffee shops with more seats inside!
What a great find! I'll definitely come back again!
friendly little place for a morning coffee. I visited after I read the reviews of the place, and it was not disappointing. Their coffee menu has lots of options to chose from. Next time I'll try something to eat maybe.
I have been here twice so far and both baristas are lovely to chat with. Especially about coffee! Today I came in and they had just done some aeropress for their skylark coffee bean and I was able to have a small taste of something different! Amazing oat latte as well 💕 definitely recommend if want to have a nibble and coffee (wonderful almond vegan croissant)
They work with local beans maker. Buy 1 bag of beans for 1 free coffee (not sure if there is this event everyday) The pour over I chose is nice! You could ask the staff if it is okay to work or study with laptop (free wifi is provided). Today is not too crowded and they said it is okay. The seat besides the window is cozy. The atmosphere is nice. Love it!
The matcha latte especially tastes good in my opinion and the banana bread was made with a lot of care and thought but the staff were a bit arrogant about the payment? I don’t understand. But overall, it is a good coffee shop, recommended to people that love coffee.
Great place for great coffee! The staff were cool. Though it's a small place with limited seating available it has a very good vibe. Their banana chocolate bread was so fresh and yum. I am definitely going there again.
I was in London for a week working and had intended to take advantage of the coffee culture, visiting a different cafe every morning - but I went to KAFI first. It was the best flat white I'd had in months, so I went back to KAFI every day rather than risk being disappointed anywhere else. I also enjoyed their cold brew made in-house from beans they roasted themselves.
This is quality coffee - I can't recommend it enough!
(and I can't wait to visit again)
My brother and I came the other day to try siphoned coffee and had the best time. Coffee was amazing. The Batista's knew exactly what they were talking about and made great coffee! Highly recommend, will be going back.
Fair reviews of coffee places are often tainted with first impression rose stuff...and when does that rose ever really lead to a lasting marriage? This review then doesn't afford this place the chance to get into a multiple date groove. I'm giving the latte the benefit of the doubt...I should have taken it as a flat white..I would have had more bean oil flaves come through...but the bonsoy was handled as well as a whalers harpoon, though the presentation was flawed, but not fatally. The scroll was a solid product, well stored out of the aim of a 5yo that coughed like 19th century coal miner/minor. The cold brew was lacklustre, with a straw that adds theatre to a glass with no actors of flavour. Popular with locals, this could be yours after a few dates.
