I’m so happy with the new appearance of the place. Makes me feel like I’m in a proper uptown place. The people are always asking if you need anything. I appreciate the effort they put in to the word “Service”. Lunch was very good and hot as it came to the table. I highly recommend the Slug and Lettuce South Woodford.

It's a really nice place to go for a few drinks. If you head down on the weekends they have music which is the spot to hit to let your hair out.
First time visiting here since the new picky bits were added to the menu. I really enjoyed sharing the small plates and cocktails with my friends - we all loved the deep friend bao buns and the tofu. We were served by Mils throughout - she was fabulous! All the cocktails were served quickly and tasty.
First time visit, very clean, open and tidy. Staff were welcoming and friendly and made a relaxed environment. Ordered the fish and chips and was amazed at how fresh and massive the fish was! All went down a treat. Ciaram and Nick were servers and were very accommodating and professional. Had a great visit and would recommend.
I met up with a friend for lunch. The two members of staff could not do enough for us. Especially as my friend can only drink decaff. I bought a jar and the lady made a special cappuccino for you. Nothing was too much trouble. Service is excellent, food delicious, and prices really fair.
Came here tonight on a last minute decision for my mates birthday.. Got here earlier than planned but throughout the evening both Emilia and Joshua were very welcoming and made sure we were looked after, including music!!! Tuesdays the new Fridays!!
Leah and Lila have been so lovely and helpful. Me and my mum came in for bottomless brunch and received a lovely service from both ladies. Great food and great drinks. Would definitely recommend and will be back 10/10!
First visit to Slug & Lettuce Woodford. Lovely decor inside. Had the cocktails made by Lily , the S&L Sangria was fab definitely recommend.
I visited for the first time recently, and it's safe to say I'll be back! The atmosphere and decor were 10/10, there was good music, and the place was kept very clean and tidy.
When I arrived, the bartender who was serving me, Selin, was amazing. Her customer service was immaculate, and her drink recommendations were excellent. She was a star!
Had a lovely evening with friends last night. It was a nice atmosphere and music. Mills, Tomos, Selin and the Team were very attentive and polite - keep up the good work guys.
Great atmosphere, modern decor. Good, simple variety on the menu, the food ordered was hot and tasty. With a good range of cocktails, I took advantage of the offers available. At times, the music was too loud for conversation. An easy solution was to simply go outside for our conversation, then return inside. Really friendly and attentive staff.
I ordered off the Bottomless Brunch Menu. The food and drinks were lovely, the service was very quick and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Would 100% recommend the bottomless brunch for a birthday/special event!
