I expected the variety to be more rich. Especially this one, when I've visted, had 3 or 4 options with meat and 2 vegans. But, overall, the place, atmosphere and prices are just great.

i ordered ice vanilla latte. the guy got me a hot latte. after i told him i ordered ice
vanilla, he then poured the hot latte into the plastic cup full with ice. the drink was still warm when he handed to me. surprised that he didn’t even bother to do a new one. or at least make sure the drink is ice cold, as i ordered ice drink. very disappointed.

Really lovely clean place. Staff are so friendly. Lovely place to chill and have a coffee. If we pass this way again we’ll definitely be back 🙌🏻🌟

Okay so this male barista has never heard of a ‘pain au chocolate’ before fair enough I guess, but to shout ‘EH?’ In my face infront of the whole coffee shop was so unnecessary and rude, then the girl next to him joined the conversation and just said ‘no’ like okay? Bye then? Maybe offer something else or just apologise and say ‘sorry we don’t have that’… every experience I have in this pret is hostile and unwelcoming, also beenafew times before and think I got the correct coffee order ONCE

The male barista there has an attitude problem. Just tried to order a cold brew which is on the menu and instead of clearly explaining why he couldn’t, he gave me various contradicting excuses for why he couldn’t give me the coffee I wanted.
He was so unnecessarily rude.
The cashiers were lovely and clearly walking on eggshells around him.

Constantly closed during working hours.
It’s very frustrating when you have a 5 min break and want to get a quick coffee and they are closed.
Definitely not coming back as they are not reliable at all.

A unique looking store in a vibrant area. Lovely staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere, plenty of seating and WiFi available. High quality produce and a decent selection of food choices. Just a shame that its awfully over priced and the taste isn't as good as it could be.
