I couldn’t find where to write a review for the Harrods shop but the sales assistant Sam I believe is his name was extremely helpful and kind. On Friday I had unintentionally popped in and requested some help with my jewellery box the assistant was polite, eager and went above and beyond to help - and in turn resolved my problem! Customer service like this is what makes me loyal to the brand! Thank you :)

Best customer service ever to the extent that I bought more than what I need 😂. The lady who helped us was so generous and welcoming . Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she had short blonde hair. Their service made my day 😁
