I couldn’t find where to write a review for the Harrods shop but the sales assistant Sam I believe is his name was extremely helpful and kind. On Friday I had unintentionally popped in and requested some help with my jewellery box the assistant was polite, eager and went above and beyond to help - and in turn resolved my problem!

Virtual Appointment with Florent! Florent connected me, in Germany, and my mum in Australia. Showing us around and helped me find the bag I want most. Loved the scarf suggestion too! Thanks again for your time, we loved it!

Visited Aspinals just before Christmas to get a replacement wallet for my son. A most beautiful shop with wonderfully displayed leather goods. My assistant, was polite, knowledgeable and patient whilst I decided which type of leather finish and the style of initial embossing.
