I had such a good delivery experience from this Caffè Nero! In my delivery notes I asked if it would be okay to have hot milk added to the white Americano I'd ordered, so as to keep it warmer for longer. When my order arrived with the receipt stapled to the outside of the bag, one of the baristas had written "done! :)" next to my delivery note. That made me smile - and even more so when I opened the bag to discover a brand new loyalty card, stamped for my order, inside. Whichever kind member(s) of staff was on shift that morning I will never know, but I'm so grateful for their thoughtful gesture. I hadn't been having the best day at all but that little act of customer care changed my whole mood! So thanks a million, team at Lavender Hill.

I was happy to go here because it brings the area it is in to life very nice to be able to sit down with lots of space this place is never full

Lovely coffee shop . Plenty of space to ' people watch ' from the large glass area looking over the main Junction . Plenty of space to relax with a decent coffee .

Friendly staff on the day I visited, I have heard they are not always like that. Hot chocolate was great

Regularly get my coffee here, I order ahead with the app and the coffee is often ready when I arrive which is fantastic service. Of the different mainstream coffee chains I think that Nero tastes the best, reasonably priced as well

A large chain with over 1000 cafes, all in Europe with the majority in the UK. They have a good range of sandwiches 🥪 and pastries 🥐. I like their bacon ciabatta 🥓 for breakfast. Soup, pasta and fruit salad are other items definitely worth purchasing.

I have been going to this Caffe Nero for a number of years now and every time. The staff are prompt and serve you quickly. The drinks are nice and there is a wide variety of coffees with nice food to go with it.

I loved it, the staff were excellent in explaining the best drink I could have that day, they were very patient with my children too aunts recommended a nice corner to sit.

The Best cafe Nero in London by far. I been to many neros and often the work area of the staff is not clean. However you could eat your dinner off the counter at cafe Nero lavender hill. The staff are true professional baristas, friendly, always chatting and bantering. They serve you within two mins flat and coffee is made to perfection. If I was the owner of cafe Nero I would hold your training here and show them how it's done. 10/10 ♡
