I had a brilliant last experience here speaking to guy named Rahul about painting some metal roller shutters.Rahul really kindly spent a long time to go out of his way in explaining each step of the process to me with the funny interactions and cool jokes. I have absolutely no experience with painting shutters and had a lot of questions, all of which were answered kindly and expertly and with a lot of patience. Made me feel so much more confident going forwards with this project, brilliant experience, thanks so much !

My favourite shop in Fitzrovia. The store doesn't look large from the outside but it has a lower floor in addition to the ground floor - and the inventory is very efficiently displayed. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly (even the odd joke at no extra charge). I'm not very DIY savvy, but Morrells staff have advised me on virtually all of the c.20 projects I've done and their advice has been spot on, delivered in a clear and non-patronising manner, saving me several hundred pounds.

Morrell's is a good store for the West End.
They keep a higher range of tools/parts etc for the higher range stuff.
When we needed some diamond cutting disks for a job in the studios Morrell's was the only store that had them and saved us a trip out of the West End.
The main man there is knowledgable and helpful.
A good quality asset for any tradespeople working in the West End
